I booked during lockdown and at the time there were no reviews of this property, so I felt we were risking it however it was lovely and I didn't see any spiders in beds and we were very comfortable. Good points: We received a lovely selection of cheese, cider, butter, milk etc on arrival which was much appreciated. On a clear night there is a great view of the stars! Lovely local farm shop and handy for Crewkerne and Lyme Regis. Could be better: The kitchen is tiny, there is only a fridge and a freezer box. No microwave. Don't order loads of food and expect to store it and cook it. I kept meals very simple and bought as we went. There is a waitrose in Crewkerne. Parking is down the road, a small inconvenience when you have lots to carry. We didn't have a problem parking but I think this would be an issue if you have small children and extra stuff to carry. There was only 2 of us and a dog!
