    Although we were not able to gain entry to the property until after 5pm because of so called " Extra Covid cleaning". Some aspects of the property are looking rather tired and worn and could certainly do with an update/renewal. As we love to holiday in the New Forest area we usually book for the following year whilst we are on holiday. However, we were rather dismayed when checking next years booking schedule to see a price increase of over £1000 for the same 2 weeks for 2022 of course we would expect to pay slightly more but cannot fathom what would justify 10 times the amount of increase in previous years! Therefore we can only assume you are " cashing in" on the Covid staycation trend! Sadly, if this is the case we will be forced to look elsewhere for a more reasonably priced holiday accommodation. Such a shame as we love Shanzu and the surrounding area.

Due to increased demand for UK staycations for 2022, prices have been adjusted according to the current booking trends. The price increase you mention isn't isolated to Shanzu House. Your holiday was originally booked in 2019 so there would be the usual annual price adjustments to take into account too. Owner relations

In a quiet leafy residential area of Hordle, a modern chalet-style house with good-sized, enclosed, level lawned garden with decked area (table/chairs).
