    “This is a lovely new property in a gorgeous area.”

    It’s well laid out and in the main works well, with excellent quality equipment in the kitchen, a lovely dining area, and spacious living room area. We however were a party of 2, one being 90 with considerable mobility difficulties, we chose Belvedere solely on the basis of having a ground floor bedroom with walk in shower in the en-suite. It would have been really valuable to have some handrails in the walk in bathroom, and there are no seats suitable for an elderly person to sit in in the ...

    It’s well laid out and in the main works well, with excellent quality equipment in the kitchen, a lovely dining area, and spacious living room area. We however were a party of 2, one being 90 with considerable mobility difficulties, we chose Belvedere solely on the basis of having a ground floor bedroom with walk in shower in the en-suite. It would have been really valuable to have some handrails in the walk in bathroom, and there are no seats suitable for an elderly person to sit in in the living area, they are far too low down, so we had to bring one of the outside chairs in just for her to sit down inside. It would also be great to know where the nearest bottle bank/ recycling bins are, it’s appalling to be throwing recycling in the main bin nowadays, and we would happily have driven past any recycling points to dispose of the recyclable rubbish.
