Situated on a working arable farm with horses, on the outskirts of Pimperne village in Dorset, Newfield Farm Cottages are a wonderful, three-cottage complex set inside a beautiful brick barn conversion. The grounds that the cottages are located in are well laid out, with ample off road parking and a shared lawned garden with private patio areas for each property. There is also a games room and play area, shared between the entire complex, where you can enjoy games of table tennis, table football and darts, or venture outside to play croquet, or one of the many other games available. Inside each cottage are beautiful exposed brick walls and wooden beams, but all are unique in their layout and have their own character that we’re sure you’ll fall in love with. Pimperne has a village shop and Post Office, as well as two lovely, local pubs that serve food. A few miles further down the road, you can visit the Badbury Rings Iron-Age hill fort, the National Trust’s stunning Kingston Lacy House, or explore the Jurassic and West Dorset Heritage coastline.The market town of Blandford Forum is just four miles away, where you can visit a number of museums, take a brewery tour, or simply browse the market stalls that visit the town twice a week. Pimperne is a thriving little community only 1.5 miles from the attractive North Dorset market town of Blandford Forum. To the north of the village lies Cranborne Chase, an area of outstanding natural beauty, where you can find Larmer Tree Gardens, a wonderful collection of ornate buildings and secluded arbours. Set on the banks of the River Stour, the Georgian town of Blandford Forum is well worth a visit. There's a market here twice a week, and lots of boutiques, antique shops, galleries and restaurants to enjoy. Also within the town, the Cavalcade of Costume museum is well worth a visit, or you can take a tour around the local brewery, a must for real ale fanatics, while the Royal Signals Museum at nearby Blandford Army Camp provides a fascinating insight into the world of espionage!
