“Lovely comfortable cottage with parking space.”

Plenty of room, good quality fittings & equipment. Hot water & effective heating. Only downsides . No instructions for the TV system and previous occupiers had put on parental controls. The clear perspex small table in the middle of the lounge is too big and a potential hazard. Maybe a small bundle of likes of salt, pepper , foil etc could be supplied.

A beautiful exposed brick wall adds a rustic charm to the dining room with seating for six guests to share a meal or plan your holiday adventures.

At the end of the day relax with a glass of chilled wine courtesy of the temperature controlled wine fridge.

Spend more time holidaying thanks to the handy dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer to keep everything fresh and tidy throughout your stay!

Feeding and looking after the little ones is also easy in this family-friendly cottage with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request.

Under the stairs you'll find a handy cloakroom with basin and WC to quickly freshen up before heading out into Lynton.

When the day comes to a close, the cottage hosts four fantastic bedrooms for guests to rest their heads; The first floor has one double room , one room with a super king zip & link and one bunkbed room (please note the two sets of zip & link beds are 6ft 6 long), all of which have storage space for your belongings and TVs to watch your favourite shows under the sheets.

Two guests get extra privacy in the lovely second-floor attic space, with a super-king-size zip/link and en-suite shower room to rinse off the day.

All guests can run a bubble bath or take a quick rinse with the shower over in the contemporary family bathroom, complete with a heated towel rail for added comfort after long treks along the coast.

Completing the property, the dining room patio doors lead onto a pet-friendly, plant-filled enclosed courtyard, ideal for one well-behaved dog to relax in the sunshine, or for you to savour breakfast at the outdoor seating.
