Warm, cosy cottage.

The location is quiet and tranquil. The Springer spaniel proof garden is an added bonus as the dogs could be let free knowing that they could not explore above and beyond.Lots of places to visit nearby. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend

This was our second stay at the Roundhouse so we knew we would not be disappointed.

Set in a quiet rural location, it is the perfect location for visiting Cornwalls northern coastline. The accommodation itself has everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Perfect for us as a couple with our dog as garden enclosed...beautiful sunsets from the driveway..communal gardens are well kept with stunning views and great amenities if you chose to use them. Perfect location. So peaceful and relaxing...central for so many stunning coastal villages. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful out of the way retreat for us.

On entering the property its surprising how spacious the Round House is. It's clean (not a cobweb in sight)and cosy and well thought out with everything we needed. Outside there is a parking space and a shady enclosed garden for our dog. We were made very welcome by Nick & Jules who have great local knowledge we tried a number of their recommendations for eating which were all very good.

Everything was as it should be .

We have stayed in a number of holiday lets in the area , all round this is one of the few we would return to .

We found it well appointed, in good condition and very clean. It is quiet and there is a small fenced garden for dogs. The owners are on site and very friendly and helpful but don’t crowd your stay. We enjoyed a great, relaxing cottage which felt cosy even in the middle of an Amber storm alert…

The Roundhouse is compact and very cosy, but spacious as well.

Ideal for two people. Large kiitchen with everything you need. As well as humans, dog's are also made very welcome, with much thought given to their needs, including a secure garden and patio area, and a large porch area for removing wet clothes and drying dogs.

The property let by Jules and Nick is of the highest standard you can achieve.

The care and attention they give to their visitors is amazing. One of the highest accolades I can give is it felt like being home from home, from the moment we arrived to when we reluctantly left. It is a great venue for any family as well as being a wonderful place to chill out as a couple. Highly recommended

Their attention to detail is over and above, and the facilities on site are perfect for a family getaway in their other properties. However, the Roundhouse also offers a private area if you just want a quiet retreat as a couple.

Staying at the Round House was a joy, it was spacious, comfortable, pretty and had everything you would need for a lovey stay, the owners Nick and Jules were lovely and so were the Alpacas, we loved taking them for a walk.

We would definatley recommend a stay at their cottages, brilliant.

A lovely cottage in a very quiet location .

But only 5 min drive from main road A39 which gives easy access to a lot of lovely coastal towns along the north coast of Cornwall. The cottage was very nice and cosy with a very comfortable bed.

I was delighted with the property and its surroundings.

It was an ideal base for me to tour round Cornwall.

Suitable for dogs and well positioned for short trips to numerous beaches and walks. Owners were very helpful and keen to assist if needed.

Lovely peaceful surroundings when we were there, the grounds are child friendly with various activities. Owners are very welcoming and accommodating They are second to none. We enjoyed The Roundhouse, to the extent that we have booked next year celebrating our Anniversary and my husband’s birthday.

The Roundhouse was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday.

Enjoyed the wet room shower. Our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful which added to the pleasure of the week.

The host was also second to none. We will be returning and would highly recommend. The only down side was that the sat nav kept sending us in the wrong direction!!!

Lovely cottage in a peaceful setting and very helpful owners on hand.

It was a great location with access to main North Cornwall towns, villages and beaches. Only thing to bear in mind for EV owners is the charger on site is convenient but shared across all of the cottages on site and the owner. We were fortunate during our visit being the only visitors with an EV, but it could add to stress at the end of each day if there are a few cars jostling for the charger.

An excellent week.

Cosy little hideaway in a lovely part of the country. We were made very welcome by Jules and Nick - only wish we could have stayed longer.

Plenty of room in the cottage for the 2 of us.

No complaints, lots of indoor & outdoor games, dvds, puzzles to choose from. Smart tv in the lounge & freeview tv in the bedroom. No traffic noise except when other guests drive past the lounge window. We would certainly return in the future.

It was a very comfortable cottage, beautifully furnished and equipped.

The surroundings were very peaceful and relaxing, woods with spring flowers, farmyard.buildings, free-range hens and alpacas in the field. The owners provide opportunity for games and there is a play area for children, so all needs are catered for. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and would be on hand to help if needed.I would thoroughly recommend this cottage for a holiday in the countryside, with the sea not too far away.
