Stayed at many Sykes properties and this was by far the best.

Lovely view from Balcony of St.Michaels Mount and the Beach.Very Clean and everything you could possibly need in the apartment.Bed very comfy and not at all noisy at night.

Fully equipped and very clean. A great job done by the owners. We dined out but the kitchen had everything you needed and more. Treat the apartment with respect.

This is a fabulous apartment.

Everything we could have wanted, probably the best we have rented, pity it was not quite as described, We had no TV, the owner came on three occasions to try and fix it to no avail. Considering the cost of the holiday perhaps he could have called in an engineer. We also had no wifi from Monday, inconvenient but not life changing. The owners were very nice people but we feel we did not get full value at the price we paid.

We had the best holiday at Sea Breeze, the apartment is beautiful, it had everything you could ever need, it was spotlessly clean and the views are amazing.

It is the perfect place to catch the bus to Penzance bus station and train station. Mary & Paul are so lovely and we can’t wait to go back there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze, the location is perfect with the views of the beach and St Michaels Mount.

The apartment has everything you need, is very comfortable and nicely decorated and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. It is also very easy to take the bus from just outside the property to Penzance and then on beyond if you want to leave the car behind for the week.

That place is really aesthetic and minimal.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze, great location to visit the area from and the sea view was excellent.

The owner was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the welcome gifts. The apartment was very well maintained and equipped and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. All in all a fantastic week and we would happily recommend the Sea Breeze to friends and family.

Well equipped, clean and bright throughout, great location and views. The car park is a bit tight and as it says is first come, first served, but we always managed to get parked there. Definitely recommended.

I would award Sea Breeze 12 out of 10.

I have returned to Sea Breeze after a few years. The changes made are wonderful. Excellent new bathroom with large shower. The kitchen/diner/lounge facilities have had a few changes but everything you could need is there. I was really pleased to see the stairs up to the first floor property have had a slip-resistant surface added. I will return next year it is so good.

Fantastic property!

Lots of home comforts. Everything worked and was great quality. Location is fab and we had no problem parking round the back of the property but understand this could be difficult during peak time. The shower was a joy and great pressure! The views and the sunsets were dreamy and I spent many an evening reading my book on the balcony soaking up the sun

Had a lovely stay at seabreeze .

Very clean and well maintained. Shower room was very impressive and the view to St Michael's Mount every morning.Stairs to property are very steep so not suitable for people with less mobility. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable but manageable. Welcome pack was most appreciated on arrival .Can imagine parking being a nightmare at peak times .Godolphin worth a visit for cocktails Lugger inn penzance for Sunday carvery but avoid dinner there it was awful .Thanks for a great holiday

Very comfortable, great views . Perfect base to visit Cornwall . Had good food in the town as well as in St Ives and Mousehole . The beach near the Lizard was absolutely beautiful and would recommend visiting the Minack Theatre and St Michael’s mount . Welcome pack was superb. Would highly recommend .

Sea Breeze is a stylish, comfortable and very pleasant place to stay.

It’s conveniently situated a short walk from the local village where there are restaurants and a pub as well as shops. It is also close to Penzance which is also a short drive or even a good walk along the coast. The beach is literally on your doorstop and the views from the balcony overlooking the bay and St Michael’s Mount are breathtaking.

The apartment was lovely and clean, modern and well looked after, it had everything you need for self catering.

The view was spectacular, couldn't fault anything about it. We had a lovely stay there, very comfortable. We thoughley enjoyed our holiday in Cornwall. The only thing we would mention is there is about 20 steps up to the apartment so anybody with mobility problems would would find it difficult. Otherwise fabulous.

I had a very comfortable stay at Sea Breeze.

The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully presented. A wonderful welcome tray of goodies greeted me on arrival which was much appreciated. There are great views over Mounts Bay from the balcony, perfect to sit out in an evening to watch the sun go down. Situated just minutes walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs it’s all that’s needed for a very relaxing holiday.

Buses outside the door, as well. Mary, the owner, was extremely helpful on the phone, and it was nice to get a few bits of food on our arrival - milk, scones, jam, clotted cream, bubbly. Our only reservation was the parking: the website indicated that parking on-site was possible on a first-come basis, but in practice there was only a space one day, even though the school holidays had finished. The car park about 3 minutes' walk away was £12 for 24 hours, or £50 for the week, which we didn't expect (and we found the app required was not the best). Minor, but irritating.... Oh, and hardly the owners' fault, but bad luck that the weather, after 2 months of unremitting sun turned into a week of torrential showers, driven by very strong winds!!

Terrific standard of accommodation, great welcome in terms of food and drink; the description matched the property and overstated nothing.

Lovely restaurant and a great view of ST Michael’s mount I’d recommend you use the long stay car park as the car park to the apartment is very tight as I clipped the wall on the way out. But would definitely stay here again

What a super holiday we had!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with lots of extra touches that all help to make your holiday just that little bit better. The many welcome treats were such a lovely touch and really got our holiday off to a great start. Thank you Paul & Mary, we thoroughly enjoyed them. The owners also went the extra mile to assist us with an early check in. This accommodation is now on our favourites list. Well done to both the owners and Sykes Cottages for what was an easy booking experience as well as the holiday we hoped it would be.

Lovely, very well equipped apartment with spectacular views of the bay and St Michaels Mount.

A great location for visitng the sights on foot, by car and by bus. Marazion is a friendly little town on the coastal path with good choice of cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. We would definitely stay at Sea Reeze again.

Have been coming back to sea Breeze for many years and never fail to be totally relaxed here.

Friendly checkin with nice welcome pack .

Very clean and good quality kitchenware and accessories throughout including smart TV .Tasteful and elegant bedroom . No guaranteed parking spot the only issue .Enjoyable stay would come again.

Flat perfectly positioned, superbly decorated, furnished and equipped.

Owners very helpful and welcoming, with a cream tea to make us feel at home and on holiday from the very start. View from the sitting room and balcony is superb, whatever the weather (and we seemed to have quite a mixture). A real treat to be able to breakfast outside, where we were later glad the furniture was solid enough to withstand the gale that followed. Only tiny quibble was a slightly eccentric towel rail ... and the new car parking fees opposite (published £50 for the week turned into 84, which we are negotiating with the agency). We will definitely come again, and are just deciding on a date.

The apartment, Sea Breeze was home from home.

It had everything you could wish for, including an incredible view of St Michael's Mount and the coast line. The positioning of the apartment means that an easy walk into Penzance and beyond is achievable and a good bus service runs directly past the apartment should you wish only to walk one way. One comment on getting into the apartment is that you have to climb around 20 steps on the outside of the building to reach the balcony, this is great for sitting on the balcony and watching the view, but if you are taking luggage up and down it may be easier to take 2 smaller cases than 1 large. Overall, the property is a wonderful base to explore this area of Cornwall.

We chose this apartment for the location to the sea and it was perfect.

We arrived to find an immaculately clean and bright apartment with the most amazing views. We were welcomed with a cream tea, bottle of wine, snacks and milk and a lovely card from the owners with clear instructions and a parking permit for our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every aspect and would highly recommend. You can't beat waking up to the view of St Michael's Mount every morning, we even saw the Milky Way from the balcony. You can walk to Penzance from the apartment (3 miles) and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby and the bus stops right outside. Make sure that you pre book a table for dinner at one of the pubs in the village or you may be disappointed.

The apartment was above and beyond what we expected.

Sea Breeze is a lovely, very clean apartment.

There was literally everything in it you could want. The views over the bay and St Michaels mount are awesome and we saw some great sunsets. I thought the balcony was slightly larger than it was but its perfectly adequate. Marazion is a lovely place and is a great base to explore West Cornwall and also the Lizard peninsula. Th parking permit is also great as there is no worry about finding parking when you arrive. I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again!! Paul and Mary were very helpful and the welcome goodies were a great treat on arrival!!

I had trouble trying to get hold of the owner of the apartment because the phone numbers hadn't been updated, but that aside the apartment was fantastic, very close to the sea, it was light and airy, the weather was excellent too which helped.

I have already booked another holiday from you to Devon next year, hopefully with no virus.

After arriving in wet windy weather we were welcomed by a warm cosy apartment.

It had everything we needed a real home from home. The scones and clotted cream were a lovely touch along with the wine and other goodies. Marazion is a lovely place to visit in November with beach walks and views to st. Michaels Mount. It is also a great base to visit Mousehole, Penzance and St Ives. Overall we had a great week despite the weather and will definitely return.

From booking to our stay, everything was easy and straight forward, the apartment was perfect with everything and more to make our stay enjoyable.

The little touches of a welcome card, some wine and scones we so thoughtful. Clean and comfortable made it feel like home from home. The location was fantastic for getting about and right on the beach. Could not of been happier and will and have recommended to others, we will stay again.

The location of the property is fantastic overlooking St Michaels Mount and St Michaels Bay.

Apartment is very well furnished and equipped all in a modern style all that you could whish for. Big bonus was the balcony where you could sit in privacy and relax.

Sea breeze at Marazion - what can I say?

That we WILL return as so many of the lovely owners’ previous guests obviously have, from reading the visitors book. Marazion is the most beautiful and fascinating of places, a brilliant base to see other wonderful spots in Cornwall, and this lovely apartment was just beyond our expectations. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully laid out and beautifully decorated, it was a fantastic “home” for our week. There was a welcome of food goodies when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. That view from the balcony was as good as it gets, The Mount is a beautiful place to gaze out at, and fascinating to visit. We were obsessed with the causeway, and crossed it many times - going over in a boat was great fun too! We would highly recommend this property, and considered it to be very good value for money. It was a real selling point for us not to worry about car parking too, which can be a headache at some properties. We have made lovely memories here, and are sure we shall return to make more.
