Lovely little bungalow, nice garden to sit in, quite a steep walk up and down to the harbour, narrow entrance to the bungalow's road between 2 buildings.

Well equipped and comfortable.

The Bungalow is perfect for walking around Brixham.

You can park on the drive or outside the property. The door for getting into the property is on the side. There is a small step when you go in and storage cupboards to the left. There is a long kitchen and seating for 2 with a conservatory joined on which has a dining table & chairs plus a high chair. We found the conservatory very hot when the sun was out but not warm enough on a dull day and we stayed in September. Everything you need in the kitchen but more mugs in different sizes are required. We took a couple of our own which I am glad we did. One bedroom has a double bed which looks over the garden. The other bedroom has 2 single beds which look over the front of the house. Plenty of storage in both bedrooms. The lounge is comfortable and has a settee & one chair. The television works by apps only. The bathroom has a shower and sink and there is a separate toilet and sink next door. Both look brand new. However there were no instructions in the property only one in the kitchen about taking your shoes off. Nothing to tell you the Wifi password which we eventually found or to even tell you about the television. Nothing on the kitchen appliances. I found it strange no info on the nearest place to eat and drink or where the best places are to visit. I'm not sure if this has only recently been rented out so could explain the lack of info. The nearest pub for great food & drink is the Prince William. The beach is very stoney. A great walk to Fish Comb. There are a lot of lovely walks around Brixham plus a lot of hills & steps. The accommodation was very clean. The garden is all paved at the back and the front garden looks attractive with artificial grass. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and found the location perfect. It is very quiet around there.
