A lovely modern place, all mod cons very nicely executed, lots of space and a nice little garden to sit in.

The Barn was amazing, we had a really lovely few days.

The property is gorgeous, even better than the photos and bigger than we expected. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were perfect. We didnt really need any help whilst we were visiting the property but we met the owner and it was clear she would be helpful if needed. It was such a lovely space to relax and a great base for visiting many areas of Devon by car. We loved this property and would most definitely recommend.

The third bedroom was not fit for purpose.

The bed was squeaky. There was no where to put clothes, even at the bottom of the staircase. It was hot up there. We thought the sofas were uncomfortable being too low and deep. Chairs rather benches would have been better round the table .

This is a luxurious and well equipped holiday home, perfect for family gatherings.

We loved the huge living space and had a great weekend away. Our only issue was trying to control the heating as it occasionally seemed to go off during the day and come on at night, and we couldn’t find a way to change this. Highly recommend!

Amazing place!

We only had the pleasure of staying 2 nights but wish we had more time! The property is very well kept and clean and beautifully decorated. Location wise as expected it's a village so nearest shops and restaurants are a drive away. Not many local restaurants but you can get takeaways and if your happy to drive then plenty of options out there. You cant just go out and walk I'm afraid the place is rural so you do need to take your car wherever you go.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean luxury, in a perfect location.

The photos show a stunning property that delivered, to perfection. We fell in love with the barn the second we set foot in it! So, so clean and welcoming. There's so much to do here within just a 10 minute car radius. 30 minutes will easily keep you busy. Local produce and eateries are a delight. Strawberry Fields was a favourite for us and we'll definitely be returning. Kate, thank you so much for being the perfect host, helpful and kind but completely non obtrusive.

Amazing holiday accommodation.

We really enjoyed our time there. Great rural location but also not far away to explore many nice places and areas. Owner Kate very friendly and let’s not forgot Nora, Kate’s cute little dog!

Lovely property - beautifully clean, modern and well presented.

Everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday, and close to Dartmoor and the coast.

We absolutely loved the property.

The location was great, close to Totnes, Ashburton and the moors, all of which we visited. Also within walking distance to the fabulous Riverford field kitchen. We will definitely be back next year (if I haven't managed to move to Totnes!).
