We would definitely go again to seashell sands ,accommodation was comfortable,And a good base to get round north Devon.

The 2 bedroom property with access to 1 double bedroom (as correctly advertised) appeared quite new in a showroom type condition, on edge of a new estate is quite close to a bus stop if required.

It’s a manageable walk to Appledore quay (15+mins ?) . Dependent on the activities of the day the return uphill may add a few minutes more. Car parking at house absolutely fine. Would expect a car to be used to go to local beaches. Would think that keen walkers and cyclists would find this a good base.

This cottage was lovely.

It was immaculate and had everything you needed. It's well positioned you can walk to Appledore, Northam and Westward Ho. The bus stop is close too. There was scones, jam and cream on arrival. Everything was perfect.

To far away from Appledore town and to noisy from local traffic

This house was so comfortable, clean and cosy.

Everything had been thought out so well. Slept well and enjoyed our stay. Appledore is a lovely place with Instow just a ferry ride away. Good base to explore this part of Devon. Thank you Julie and Gemma. Jude and Liam Morrissey

Really enjoyed our stay at Seashell Sands, the house was very clean and comfortable.

Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you may need. Coastal path a short walk away, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Cream tea was delicious.

The house was exactly as described it was really lovely everything you could wish for in a property the owners were lovely and the cream tea they left was a kind thought would recomend it to anyone had a lovely stay there

Accommodation was to a very high standard, could not fault it.

A lovely comfortable cosy stay at Seashell Sands, the house was very warm and was a real pleasure to return to due to the inclement weather we had during our stay.

The kitchen was very well equipped, I would certainly recommend this property and is well situated for walking to Appledore, Northam Burrows and Westward Ho!

We really enjoyed our short break at Seashell Sands.

The property was very clean, modern and a great base for our daily walks on the nearby sandy beach at Westward Ho! and for visiting friends and family in the area. The cream tea left for our arrival was a nice bonus. We will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends and hope to stay again soon. Thank you.

What an amazing house to rent, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need.

Just outside the village of Appledore, but what a lovely walk in. A perfect place to explore the surrounding area, either by car or on foot. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful find!

A super house furnished beautifully, and a great location for exploring Devon. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

We booked this property for 6 nights to enable us to look around the area with a view of purchasing a bolt hole in UK from our main home in Cyprus.

Once we stepped inside this house we realised that it was exactly what we wanted to buy. Unfortunately all the 2 bed properties on this development were sold. We have now managed to place a holding deposit on a smaller 2 bed property in Abbotsham. If it was nit fir staying in this property, it would not have given us the idea of buying new. The property is the best holiday property that we have ever stayed in and I can vouch that we have stated in many throughout the World. It has everything supplied that you cancwish for, on top of being in a really quiet and peaceful area, within walking distance of Appledore. The price we paid for the six nights was very cheap, and this property could fetch double, and I would still have been happy. I may need to book again sometime in May/ June if it's available, to complete on my new house purchase. We would certainly recommend this property to family and friends. If we were really being picky to fault anything, we would say that the Double bed could have been a bit wider if it was possible to get it into the bedroom. Other than that the property was 5*so and more.

We loved Seashell Sands.

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The little garden was a lovely suntrap. It was in a great location for exploring North Devon. The owner was easy to contact and very friendly and helpful . We would definitely recommend Seashell Sands to friends and family and book again ourselves.
