What a wonderful flat to stay in.

It was everything we needed for our stay. I cooked a meal twice and made lunches too. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the wonderful terrace amongst all the beautiful flowers. The owners were so lovely and friendly. Will Definitely be returning here when we visit Devon. The harbour isn’t far with shops and restaurants and there are quite a few national trust properties too. Overall a lovely visit.

This annexe is a great home away from home, with lovely views across farmland to the sea beyond.

The off road Parking space was valuable. There were steep concrete steps down, providing a private entrance via patio doors. The main kitchen – living space was bright & airy with the doors open and I really liked the wrap around breakfast bar to sit at, with swivel bistro chairs, and the end one enabling those sparkly sea views. The beds were comfy and linens and towels lovely and fresh. The kitchen had everything required to self-cater and the washing machine was so handy for a longer stay & rinsing swimming gear after visits to the beach. Hosts Judy and Steve provide a great guest annexe to their home and those who like alfresco dining have a separate garden deck.

We loved our stay at Garden View!

Steve and Judy were fabulous hosts, friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Steve for some great local travel advice and Judy for the fabulous fruit cake! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were super comfy, the shower fantastic and the kitchen well equipped with good quality cookware, a rarity in a holiday let. The property is well located with bus stops at the end of the road which take you directly to Brixham or Kingswear (for the Dartmouth ferry) A short walk to the top of the road puts you on the bus route Paignton and beyond. We would highly recommend this property! (Sorry about the wet smelly dog after a rain soaked Pirate weekend)
