“Did not represent value for money.”

Have paid similar price for larger cottages in Devon (lump stone and Beer) with parking. No ‘welcome pack’ - for the money would expect at least a pint of milk given can’t check in till 5. Cottage is on edge of village and good 20 minute walk from shop. ...

Have paid similar price for larger cottages in Devon (lump stone and Beer) with parking. No ‘welcome pack’ - for the money would expect at least a pint of milk given can’t check in till 5. Cottage is on edge of village and good 20 minute walk from shop. Garden was frankly tatty. Again for price paid garden poor and not up to standard of cottage. Wasn’t a pleasure at all to sit out there. Re parking I also have had a public car park permit in other properties given how hit and miss finding a place to park is. Information book very poor. Overall I think we were disappointed and felt fleeced. Wont be returning to this cottage and probably not using you again.
