Tucked away in the desirable town of Paignton in Devon, is this beautifully presented, two-bedroom second-floor apartment, Riviera Heights.

Enjoying a superb location on a quiet road, just moments away from Paignton’s picturesque harbour and the glorious Goodrington Sands, Riviera Heights makes for a fantastic dwelling for couples or a family of four who are looking to explore this beautiful part of Devon.

After approaching the property via a large sweeping driveway, park up in the allocated off-road parking space, before unloading your bags and taking in your tranquil surroundings.

Be welcomed into the spacious living/dining room with a Velux window allowing the natural light to flow in, here you can look forward to curling up on the plush three-seater sofa, as you select the evening’s entertainment courtesy of the large Smart TV.

The budding chef will delight at the fully-equipped kitchen, where conjuring up delicious feasts has never been easier with the help of the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, along with a handy dishwasher and washer/dryer for keeping your space tidy.

Settle down to savour a flavourful meal with your loved ones at the dining table, as the wine is poured, and plans are made for the days ahead.

When your eyes grow heavy, retire to one of two well-appointed rooms, a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room and a twin with zip/link, both of which have plenty of storage for your belongings as well as sea views.

Awake from a leisurely slumber and start your day off with a refreshing rinse in the contemporary shower room, followed by a steaming cup of coffee from the machine and your favourite songs on the digital radio.

Take advantage of your fabulous location with a wander into the town, where you will discover a plethora of eateries where you can sample the local delights, well-stocked convenience stores and supermarkets for stocking up on essentials and the bustling Paignton Pier which offers an excellent selection of family entertainment, including bowling, fairground rides and crazy golf.

From here you can access the glorious sands of Paignton Beach, perfect for beachcombing the shores, soaking up the sun with your favourite book or tucking into fresh fish and chips from the pier as you watch the world go by.

Keen walkers will delight at the close proximity of the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile trail which begins at Minehead and ends at Poole Harbour in Dorset and promises some of the most breath-taking scenery in the area.

For further attraction options, there is the much-loved Paignton Zoo and the Palace Theatre which frequently hosts live performances.

Budding historians will not want to miss out on Totnes, home to an impressive Norman Castle which overlooks the town, the Totnes Images Bank and the South Devon Railway, which offers rides through the scenic valley of the River Dart.

For a getaway like no other, choose Riviera Heights.

We had a lovely stay , being on top floor and very hot week a couple of windows wouldn't stay open which made it very hot in there.

Very well equipped apartment . Close to Goodrington sands and Paignton. Everything in easy reach . Would definitely return

This apartment is superbly located for Paignton's lovely beaches, the train station and the town centre.

It’s compact, modern and well-furnished and we were very grateful for the mid-stay clean we were offered. We really enjoyed our fortnight and would recommend the property to family and friends. There are a few points, however, which would have made our stay more enjoyable: - Details of the WI-FI password were hard to find, instead of in the property information manual they had been randomly written in to the guest feedback book. - The general cleanliness could be better. The floor looked as though it had been hastily swept before our arrival, there were stains and marks everywhere. There was no vacuum cleaner in the property for us to use - this would have been helpful as we have two young children who were very sandy after a day at the beach! - The washer-dryer advertised turned out to be just a washing machine (with the wrong instruction manual at the property!) so we had to use the very small clothes horse to dry our clothes and swimming things. An iron and ironing board would also be great.

Great location, close to local amenties but far enough away to be a quiet location.

Spacious, two bathrooms was really handy and private allocated parking was a bonus, especially so close to the coast. As others have said, the steep drive and steep stairs to the apartment could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We were there in the middle of a heatwave so the apartment was very hot and stuffy, the fan provided was helpful but a second one would've helped with air movement! The apartment was well equipped, however, there were some aspects that could do with attention - some areas need repainting, two of the velux windows wouldn't stay open and there were cracks in walls of the living room and kitchen. Overall a nice apartment but could do with a bit of TLC.
