Our second stay at the property and just as great as our first stay.

Lovely accommodation and fantastic swimming pool that the kids loved.

We’ve (family of four) had a fantastic stay at Broadclyst cottage.

The cottage was very nice and clean. Great beds, fully functional kitchen. Big heated swimming pool.

The cottage is very good, very clean and comfortable .

The swimming pool is heated to 26 degrees, so really pleasant. The cottage is about ten miles from Sidmouth but it states that it is about 6.5 miles, on the website. There are some very nice restaurants nearby. A very good venue for a holiday.

Nice size main bedroom and lounge. Good private seating area at rear. Very comfortable bed.

The cottage is well located for visiting the coast or inland. Although the kitchen is compact it worked for us and had everything we required.

Really great holiday at Broadclyst Cottage.

The owner was very welcoming, with useful info sent in advance. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (including fast wifi). The pool was fun, and the timetable system meant we had 2 x 120 minute sessions per day. The field for letting our dog off lead was useful. It was our first long trip with an electric car, and we found rapid charging points a short drive away at Exeter Morrisons and at the pub opposite Exeter Aldi.

We had a wonderful week at Broadclyst Cottage.

The owner was lovely with a cream tea to greet us on arrival. The weather was beautiful thankfully so the swimming pool was an added bonus. All in all we had a lovely holiday.

Excellent selection of kitchen utensils including a vegetable steamer :-) Perfect place to stay whilst we visit relatives/attractions around Devon.

Just got home from a lovely relaxing week, what a beautiful place, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, with everything needed it was like home from home.

The pool was an added bonus, the children absolutely loved it. We would definitely return here and would also recommend to family and friends.

Had a fabulous stay at Broadclyst Cottage enjoyed every minute from the cream tea on arrival the large grounds and the pool.

Everything was spotless and of good quality. Situated convenient for local resorts and visitor attractions. Easy access to the motorway. Very quiet. Angela was an excellent host

A really relaxing and peaceful site with a very welcoming host.

The central heating in the cottages makes it so comfortable on the days that the weather is not so good.

The cottage is very clean and tidy.

We received freshly home made scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival and a very friendly welcome. Great area to explore with the coast and Dartmoor on the door step. Will be back

Cleanest place I’ve stayed in for a long time

The cottage is very comfortable and perfectly equipped for a family.

Having a field on the property to walk our dog on, was a huge plus too. The location is super convenient to get to the nearby beaches at Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. And finally, the owner Angela is just amazing. So lovely and helpful.

We were two families and the situation was perfect.

The cottages were super clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. The swimming pool was a brilliant addition and kept our children amused even though the weather wasn’t great. Angela and her family were absolutely charming nothing felt like too much of an imposition. We will be back thank you for a lovely holiday.

Beautiful cottage in gorgeous well maintained gardens.

The pool was enjoyed by all the family and provided a great place to relax. The cottage was spotless and the welcome package was a lovely touch. It is in a great location for visiting many surrounding coastal places like Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back.

A very comfortable cottage with enough space for 3 adults and one child, exceptionally clean and everything you need in terms of utensil's etc.

The cottage is down a very quiet lane so when sitting out at night it is so peaceful. Angela the owner made our stay very nice and she is a lovely person. I would strongly recommend to everyone and we will return.
