Contemporary and period features have been harmoniously balanced with plenty of unique and quirky detail to add fun and supreme comfort.

A striking new dining room added at one end of the property, sits in stark contrast to the original coach house.

This super stylish, glazed room is furnished with an extraordinary wood dining table and will impress all your Instagram followers.

A richly decorated, cosy sitting room invites you to snuggle up.

There is a beautifully fitted white kitchen and two bedrooms: a double and bunk room that share a shower room on the ground floor.

On the first floor you will find a four gorgeous double bedrooms.

Draw straws to see who gets the king-size double with the en-suite roll top bath, or the double with the feature fireplace, original stained glass window and en-suite shower.

The garden is gated and enclosed, its gently sloping lawn offering ample space for the whole family to relax, barbecue and play when the weather is fine.

There is also a games room to keep everyone amused, equipped with a pool table, table tennis, table football and darts.

There is ample parking and as you are right in the centre of the town, you can park up and leave the car behind.

Take a short stroll along the promenade to the famous Victorian pier.
