A lovely apartment that had everything you could need.

Very clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view. Being so close to the beach, coastal path and the centre of Woolacombe makes this an ideal place to stay. Would highly recommend

.. very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely position in woolacombe, right opposite the beach....we found the garden" beach hut" very useful for storing wetsuits and bodyboards.

The accomodation really was lovely.

Been travelling to and from Wooly for near 30 years so tried quite a few places out over the years The bed is one of the comfiest beds weve stayed in - and ive spent a lot of time in hotels so thats high commendation. lol Only notable immediate issues were very steep parking on the grounds (make sure your handbrake is efficiient) and no place to store a longboard if youre a surfer. But we managed. Staffing and after care was prompt and decent. We did have one issue that unfortunately kept our rating down - but this would be unlikely to be repeated as it was just unfortunate timing and circumstance. This has been more than resolved. Overall i would hope that next time in the UK we'd be able to visit again. 'Out of season' is always preferred as is the out of season prices - which again were very reasonable. The owner has been very helpful and gracioius and we would highly recommend a stay here.

Very nice apartment and perfectly placed in Woolacombe for the beach

I would highly recommend a stay at Seashore.

The flat is spotlessly clean and really well placed with stunning views of hills and the sea. It's short walk to three different beaches and a few minutes to the shops. We really loved Combesgate Beach - it's sandy with lots of lovely rock pools and the most amazing view. If you time it right, you can avoid the steps (they're not as bad as they look) by walking round the bay from Barricaine beach. Be careful as the tide comes in quickly. We also loved the village of Mortehoe and even managed to find a teashop with vegan cream teas and ice-cream! Go and stay - you won't be disappointed! (Top tip - if you need any help with your booking, call Sandpiper Property Management as Sykes take days to get back to you!)

This was my third visit to Seashore and as always it was like coming home.

I feel immediately at home there. Everything was as I could wish for and hopefully it will not be my last visit. Thanks to Sykes and owner Andy for giving me the facilities for anther great holiday.

Car parking space very poor to difficult to get into with the slope of the drive.

I had a fabulous stay at Seashore.

I was very happy to see the sea view from both the bedroom and from the dining area. The whole set of apartments have a communal stairway but there wasn't any noise at all coming from any of the other flats. The position was so central to amenities and more importantly the beach. The flat itself was very pleasant with everything you could want. I felt very comfortable there. There were however, a few cobwebs about. My only concern is the parking spot. It is clear to find but is on a steep slope so make sure that you put your car in first gear to avoid a rolling car!

Lovely apartment in a good location clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay.

Was nice to hear the waves breaking in the morning and evening. We will definitely be looking at returning.

It was a lovely flat but unfortunately the maintenance needed updating on a couple of things and it needed cleaning under the bed

This is my second stay at Seashore and it was as great as ever, clean, well maintained with everything you need.

Its location is perfect for beach, bars and restaurants. I love Woolacombe and hopefully will be back next year. Thanks to Andy, the owner, for keeping in touch to check all was well.

Seashore was very clean and had everything needed for the perfect holiday just the right size for a couple.

The location was great opposite the main beach and car park space a bonus would definitely use this apartment again

The apartment was exactly as it was shown in the photographs on the website!

It was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable! It was situated directly across the road from wonderful Woolacombe Beach and we even had a partial sea view from the lounge! Outside there were sun loungers which were perfect for a spot of sunbathing during the day and sipping a glass of wine in the evening watching the sun going down!

This is one of the best apartments I have stayed at in the South-west.

On arrival everything was clean and extremely well maintained. The owner had contacted me to say unfortunately the WiFi was down but he arranged for someone to call and it was rectified. My stay in Woolacombe was really enjoyable, due in many ways to the apartment and its proximity to the beach. I hope to be staying there again when I visit Woolacombe and highly recommend it.

We had a great holiday in an excellent apartment.

It was well equipped, clean and comfortable in an unbeatable position. We had one maintenance issue which was resolved speedily and efficiently - thank you.

The Apartment had a lovely cozy feel from the moment we walked in.

The sea views were better than expected and the attention to detail with pictures and table wear matching the seaside theme did not go unnoticed. A wonderful week.

A beautiful apartment, well presented and equipped, clean and tidy. Lovely weather too so plenty of surfing and coastal walks. We have already booked for July 23.

It was everything you could want in accommodation and more, very modern cleanliness the layout the extra touches hairdryer, the view, and much more I would not hesitate in booking this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Woolacombe, the location of the apartment was fantastic, the layout was good, I used to come every year as a child to the apartments within this building so I knew what to expect so I was very excited to return but unfortunately I have to share the sad side of the experience, I was so disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment, especially when visiting with my 2 year old daughter, a draw handle was broken upon arrival leaving a sharp screw sticking out, under the bed was full of dust, sand and dirt, there was cutlery in the draw with food on them still, I just feel overall disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment.

It also upset me that I received a phone call from Sandpiper the day after our departure date insisting I move my car from out of the apartment car parking space when we had left 2 days prior, it wasn’t my car but this phone call left me upset from the tone of how I was spoken to. I would absolutely love to come back but would just hope it would be cleaned to a better standard, sorry for being negative!

Beautiful apartment just across the road from the beach.

Well looked after and well stocked with all the things you need for a holiday. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

The Seashore apartment was just what we expected.

It is an excellent location just across the road from Woolacombe Beach. I have nothing but praise for the apartment however the 6pm check-in is quite late as we had to hang around the whole day waiting to get into it. Also the parking is incredibly tight space at the bottom of a very very steep driveway and when car behind parks to far forward it made parking ridiculous to the point where I misjudged the space and steepness on arrival and in doing so damaged my car. I appreciate that's my fault but if parking was better or you had access to any of the empty easier spaces then perhaps I wouldn't have damaged my car.

Even though we’d seen the photos, the accommodation definitely had the wow factor.

It was very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. The off-road parking was a big plus although a little challenging as the slope is quite steep. There were instructions in the property on how to contact the maintenance company but this wasn’t necessary during our stay. Please note though that no instructions on the heating system were found. Our weather was somewhat mixed. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the South West coastal path to Croyde Bay and hired electric bikes to cycle the Tarka Trail between Barnstaple and Great Torrington (pre-booking is highly recommended) - great fun and a useful exercise as I wanted to try one out before being treated for a big birthday! The beach, of course, is stunning and a 3 mile paddle to Putsborough very enjoyable. When the sea mist came down we took the 31 bus into Ilfracombe. Very pleasant but the town is looking somewhat run down. The only tip I would give if you are hoping to eat out is to do some research and book in advance. We were lucky enough to get reservations at the Beach House for two excellent meals and Stoned in the car park does a mean takeaway pizza! A very enjoyable week’s holiday!

Fantastic location!

Excellent communication from owner regarding dish washer and bedding.

Location is perfect as overlooking beach and very close to all the local amenities.

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped, the only criticism we have was the mattress on the bed is so hard which didn’t make for a good nights sleep & the sofa bed wasn’t very good either. Shame about the 6pm check in time would of been better earlier been though the check out time was 9am.

Very comfortable with everything provided that you could possible need. So close to beach and amenities.

For us everything was good, with plenty of sun.

The location can't be better and Seashore has all you need for a nice comfortable holiday they have tried to think of everything. The bath is not full size but the bed is BIG and soft. Unfortunate the TV aerial didn't work for a couple of days for the whole building but we got programs on line so that was not a big inconvenience. Altogether a nice place!

Seashore is one of the nicest holiday Letts that we have stayed in.

The location is superb.The apartment was decorated and furnished to a high standard. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Can't wait to go back.

The apartment was bright, roomy and clean.

Facilities were excellent although some appliances were worn and noisy. We particularly appreciated the lack of clutter and good storage arrangements. Very well placed for all the attractions and facilities in Woolacombe. Being set back from the front of the building meant that the apartment was quiet and peaceful.

. Near to town centre ...well equipped.. Comfortable beds. Would be good if the 2 single beds could be used as one double bed.

We have just returned from a lovely week in north devon.

Our holiday apartment was perfect and absolutely spotless. The only down side is being unable to check in until 6pm and having to check out at 9am, but I understand this is due to needing more time for stricter cleaning regimes. The property owners clearly maintain and look after their property well as it was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location just across from the beach and town. Will definitely be booking this apartment again in the future.

Lovely apartment, tastefully furnished and in excellent location for beach and shops, restaurants.

The fridge was not working properly, the motor was running constantly (quite noisy) but the temperature did not get below 10 degrees.

My husband has medication which needs to be kept cold so this was something of a worry.

Fabulous apartment, modern, really well equipped, perfect location, if we are in this area again we will definitely be booking here.
