We were not expecting what we saw when we entered, it was fantastic, very clean, light and very well equipped, beds really comfortable.

Just one miner criticism, as an older person had trouble with furniture and beds being low and struggled to get up. But heyho, you can't please all the people all the time. Excellent.

Really well appointed home from home.

They've clearly listened to all the feedback and acted on it. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great location and large hot tub, with cover! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Seacider.

It was a very well equipped and clean property. Garden was perfect as it was nicely enclosed and safe for our dog and private too. The hot tub was fantastic. Great to have a drive too, which can fit two cars. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend

We absolutely loved our stay beautiful property loved everything about it owners left a box of cat food for our house cat what a lovely thought we would love to book next year if they will have us would just like to double check leaving time our email from sykes said 12 on Saturday cleaners turned up at 10 a bit under pressure to get cleared away ❤️

The location of this quiet, comfortable, well-equipped house is ideal.

Easy walking to the beach, bus stops and town. We all enjoyed a wonderful break and would certainly re-book it.

very uncomfatable. Beds great but no wardrobes or drawers in bedrooms. 1 small towel each is not enough. Hot tub lovely.outdoors lovely.indoorsmlooks lovely but the cofort level is a minus.

Second time staying at property.

Property very cold no door between entrance and lounge very draughty. Property not as clean as last time, sink doesn't drain properly in bathroom, no drawers in bedrooms to store underwear, beds small and very uncomfortable. Positives many but wouldn't stay again as being warm and having good sleep most important to us.

Property had everything we needed.

I would have liked if the property had a safe and alarm but the location was fantastic seemed very safe.

Lovely property great location for visiting relatives.

Was charged £30 for leaving some dog poo as dark when left. Also property freezing on arrival heating not put on. Have booked to come again as location great and property is lovely just attitude not the best at dealing with things, ie heating and dog poo, ie no apology for house being freezing but took £30 quick enough!

We had a great stay at seacider.

Lovely and clean. Had everything we needed, the only thing which would help would be a inside clothes airer. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend. Hot tub was a great bonus.

It was a nice place but then to get a email to say apparently hot tub was dirty when we showerd before we got in and the owners didn't come round once to check it like most holiday places do.

The beds were slanted on one side. Won't be going back again!

Beautiful house and modern stylish facilities.

Personally no problem with any of the stay. It was perfect.

The property and garden are very good but there are a few basics missing.

There are no towel hooks in the upstairs bathroom, so they have to live on the floor. Nowhere to dry towels if it is cold or raining. There is a washing machine but no iron!! The mirror in upstairs bathroom is too high for women.

Very well maintained and pleasant house to stay, would not hesitate to recommend.

The house was fine.

It had everything that was required. Information about recycling collection was incorrect. We did leave a note about this as it did require to make a visit to the local recycle centre.

We found the accommodation clean and comfortable, with a lovely space at the back and nice hot tub.

Good location. The accomodation would benefit with somewhere to dry clothes, we were lucky as the weather was good, however, the rotary line was not secured and kept falling over, the handful of pegs supplied We're broken. There was no iron or board. The complementary biscuits was a nice touch had they not of been 9 months expired.

The property was lovely and had all of the features that it required to ensure our holiday was great.

The fabulous hot tub was the Icing on the cake! Thank you very much.

This property was great!

We felt like there was thorough attention to detail when it came to creating a space that worked really well. The facilities were clean and modern - everything you could need was available. Beds were very comfy with nice bedding. Health and safety was taken seriously with TVs mounted high, cabling all tidied away behind trunking and a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs. Our kids loved the space and it was just really easy to feel relaxed here. Overall, a very very positive stay and would happily stay again. Lovely house, quiet residential area - and the hot tub was brilliant too!

Heartbroken !

Seacider is a clean and well maintained house.

The beds are very comfy and the layout of the kitchen is fabulous. The garden is lovely and enclosed for dogs and the hot tub is an added bonus. There is no iron or ironing board which would have been handy as clothes usually get creased in a suitcase. There isn’t an awful lot to do in Burnham-on-Sea but the beach is lovely for dog walking (we went in October). There are, however, lots of attractions further afield. Cheddar Gorge is a short drive away and is dog friendly. Glastonbury is also close by which is worth a visit. We had a lovely week.

Had a very wet week in Burnham on Sea, so it was lovely to have a spacious, clean house to come back to and watch movies.

As previous people have said, a cover for the hot tub would be ideal. We improvised with 2 golf umbrellas hanging from the frame! We also had to buy an iron and small portable board. We would expect these to be with every property that has space for it and Seacider does. We loved the Dunstan inn pub. Visited Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Clark’s village and had a nice walk in the mendip hills.

A very comfortable home where a lot of effort has been put into making it special, a lot of the furnishings and fittings are of exceptional quality, very comfortable beds, lovely hot tub.

A lovely quiet location and a great base for touring the local area and further afield. Great to have a secure garden for our furry friends but a bit of attention is needed to the lawn and weeds which let the garden down as the rest of it is beautiful. I liked that the owners appear to have responded to comments left in the visitors book to improve amenities. Lamps would have been nice in the living room as the main lights too bright for TV but then too dark to read or write, just a small thing to consider. Thank you

The house is beautiful spacious and clean.

The drive needs a weed and the garden to the rear requires a mow also the patio area needs a clean around the edges. All that said we had a lovely stay and would return. Refuge day may be a problem as the general waste bin was full when we arrived not ideal with seagulls.

Seacider was an extremely well appointed property, in a nice quiet area of Burnham on Sea.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in, and had virtually everything we needed during our stay. A great base for exploring Somerset and beyond. Just one recommendation for possible improvement - the hot tub and patio area were fabulous, but the pergola would benefit from some sort of cover / canopy, to allow the hot tub and patio to be used in all weathers (i.e. very hot or wet).

There was nowhere to hang wet towels or dressing gowns in upstairs bathroom, or a clothes horse.

No lamp in bunk bed room. No small bowls and dinner plates were very small. I also think hand wash in toilets should automatically be provided.

Our family of 6 plus our dog visited for a week during Easter.

Negatives first! On arrival we noticed the bins were full so not sure where we were expected to put our rubbish. Hot tub was not turned on so we had to wait until the next day before temperature was reached. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to using the hot tub 1st night. Cleanliness was not great, toilets not cleaned to high standard and skirting boards could do with a clean. Positives were! TV package was excellent and our children loved it. Sky Sports, Movies and Netflix. Hot tub was fab once reached 40 degrees we had many a night in there. Beds were clean and comfortable and shower was decent. Patio area nice and private. Property is in good location and walkable to Burnham. We enjoyed our week thank you and would return.

Hot tub was not safely maintained.

Would of appreciated some small hand towels for long hair washing and more than one tea towel. Good parking for 2 cars !

Beautiful house very clean the beds were really comfortable ,hot tub amazing especially when the outside temperature never got above 4 degrees so warmed right through to the bones. Lots of places to visit nearby, Glastonbury, Clarks shopping village, Wells etc. Left suggestions which are only minor, larger dinner plates, iron and board, perhaps a door even if bifold plastic door between hallway and lounge as it was quite drafty probably fine in warmer months but we had exceptionally cold weather. The holiday home was amazing and clean.

The only possible negative I could say was the matress was too soft for me. The rest of the family said they were really comfortable. Perfect place for a base. Garden beautiful and hot tub in 33 degrees was set at 30 and very refreshing. We will certainly re book . Lovely neighbours and very friendly. You can tell this holiday home has had a lot of money spent on it. Fine details etc. amazing kitchen and the information book was really useful. Nothing negative about this property, we loved it!

A very enjoyable stay at Seacider.

The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into what makes a perfect holiday base-Seacider has it all and everything is to a very high standard. Lovely secure garden for us all to enjoy-four legged family members included. The hot tub is amazing! Would definitely return.
