Bayview Tower

A wonderful place to stay.

Well equipped although a fan would be useful especially for the top upstairs bedroom as it got very warm. Slight smell from the downstairs utility room and plug in air fresheners were in use but they got hot so we unplugged these. Enjoyed the use of the outdoor furniture and incredible views. Gorgeous walks locally and we really enjoyed seeing a film in Lynton cinema. Highly recommend.

Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Great walks from the door. Would recommend the Oak Room for a meal out.

This was our 6th time staying in this wonderful, most beautiful and completely breathtaking place.

You couldn’t find a more perfect place to stay, Bayview Tower has been kept in immaculate condition. From the moment you enter the building to the moment you ( extremely sadly ) leave you feel comfortable and relaxed. Of course having the most amazing panoramic view in the country, just outside the ceiling to floor very large windows, makes any stay here truly extraordinary. You are in an ideal elevated position where you have wonderful views of hills and the sea. The views are superb from the large comfortable bedroom too. You could just lie in the four poster bed and be transfixed by that view! This isn’t just perfect to stay in it’s in the perfect location for hiking or ( like me ) simply strolling and taking in those views.

This is a beautiful period property with outstanding views .

we will definately be returning . Very well equipped and comfortable . The only thing l would say is that 2 sets of keys would be very helpful ..as my partner and l often do our own thing .

A super property just off the main road through Lynton.

Very well equipped and exceptionally clean. Shame the fire couldn't be used and neither of the corkscrews are up to the job, but otherwise very comfortable and a super view.

Bayview Tower was wonderfully situated in Lynton, with beautiful views.

The accommodation is lovely. Two large spacious ensuite bedrooms, a lovely dining/kitchen area which is adequately equipped for 4 people, and the views from each of the rooms is serene, (when the mist lifted). Would definitely recommend and return.

An amazing place.

Stunning views. Everything you need. The WiFi was down the one day & the kettle broke during our stay however, these were all sorted within no time. The owners & the Maintenance Man Gary were extremely helpful. Would definitely return.

Bayview Tower is a gorgeous grade 2 listed property.

It's spacious, set over 3 floors and the living room and main bedroom on the second floor have beautiful bay windows that give gorgeous views of the bay. We were there out of season so it was very quiet with no other residents for the majority of our stay. The hosts provided a lovely welcome pack with chocolates, biscuits and prosecco and there was a good supply of tea, coffee and milk to get started. Also a good supply of cleaning products, if needed. WiFi was fast, showers were hot and had good pressure and there was a good selection of videos and games and even Disney + on the downstairs TV. We would love to return!

We visited 6th January so not much open around and about (very seasonal) but we knew that would be the case.

The views, walks and beaches were amazing and we got everything we wanted from our stay. The accommodation is outstanding and the views to die for. We had everything we needed in Bayview Tower it was home from home inside and a touch of paradise looking out the windows! There was a bad storm during our stay and the owners messaged to make sure all was well which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely memory! This is the 5th apartment we have stayed in at this stunning location and by far our favourite.

I can’t think of anything negative to say at all. Lovely and clean, thoughtful bits left to make your stay so enjoyable.The automatic blinds were fabulous and you can’t beat the view. Would definitely 100% return to this apartment and recommend to anyone. Would be perfect for two couples, with the bedrooms being on different floors and having an en suite in both bedrooms and space to sit and watch the view or TV. Can’t wait to return

Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and great views.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Bayview Tower, the apartment was immaculate throughout and the views were absolutely stunning.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here to such an extent that we are booking the same appartment for next year!

We loved Bayview Tower.

It was comfortable and well equipped, and the views across the bay were spectacular. The Tower is in a perfect location - it takes only a couple of minutes to walk into Lynton village, and we had some excellent meals in local restaurants and pubs. We would highly recommend a stay at Bayview Tower.

Bayview is a wonderful property with an amazing view.

It is one of the best equipped properties we have stayed in and is extremely comfortable. The car parking is a little tight ( especially with a large SUV) but that is the only slightly negative thing I can think of. Lynton and Lynmouth are lovely towns and make a great base for a Devon holiday.

It's a beautiful place with stunning view.

Very spacious. Each lovely bedroom has its own bathroom plus toilet on the ground floor. The apartment was over three floors, so quite few steps up and down

We had a marvellous week in this comfortable place.

The holiday home was well equipped, comfortable and the views from the windows and the terrace were fabulous. The small town of Lynton is a short walk away - the Londis supermarket has a good selection and there are plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Would recommend The Saucy Mare Indian take away for freshly cooked authentic curry and The Old Bank for marvellous service and Tapas. Beautifully situated and close to many delightful walks. Also enjoyed the carriage museum at the NT property, Arlington Court. Thank you

Had a fantastic week and will miss waking up to the view across the bay.

A gorgeous place to stay.

Stunning views from the spacious terrace- garden furniture updated since the photos I saw on the post. Lovely! Fabulous, spacious rooms. Fabulous lounge. Thoughtful touches by the new owners. Kitchen well equipped although the fridge wasn’t particularly efficient. Our only issue, which we sorted ourselves, was the hot water timing which was heated overnight and therefore cold by 5.30pm when we all wanted showers. But neither of these quibbles spoiled our stay and I would 100 per cent recommend this beautiful holiday home.

Everything about the property went beyond expectations.

It was very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a self catering stay. The views from the terrace, sitting room and bedrooms was spectacular, even when the weather was not at its best. Thank you also to the owners for the very generous welcome pack on arrival. The property has recently been acquired by new owners and, in response to former comments, we found the kitchen very adequately equipped and the mattress on the four poster bed very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay in Bayview Tower!

It has the most idyllic panoramic view, we felt we were in the Mediterranean! Bayview Tower was stylish and comfortable and in the perfect location for coastal walking and quaint and quirky shops with great choice of quality foodie places within walking distance.

When I booked the holiday last year I was under the impression it was a standalone property.

I see the new owners describe it as an abode it is in fact a well presented 2 bed apartment in a complex of 10. The furnishings are excellent and the views are stunning. Only drawbacks are the fact that the fridge and dishwasher are in a utility room a little distance from the kitchen. Barking dogs in adjoining apartments were annoying.

The location is second to none and the interiors bright and beautiful.

The one fly in the ointment was the very poor state of the mattress in the first bedroom. It needs replacing as it is in extremely poor shape - full of peaks and troughs.
