Great little cottage with all modern day facilities.

Has an amazing garden ideal for dogs to roam freely and enjoy also good for us humans to sit and watch nature’s beauty evolve before your eyes. It’s a great location to use as a opportunity to explore lots of the surrounding countryside Somerset and Dorset/Devon boarders.

The cottage is ideal for 2 people and 2 little dogs as it has a wonderful garden, split into lots of different areas for walking the dogs.

The cottage is very comfortable and cosy. The owners Richard & Mary are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area. We would have no hesitation of returning to Jasmine cottage and gladly recommend to our family & friends. Kind regards Trevor & Bev

Every thing you need in cottage. Loads to do and see with out travelling to a long way. Would recommend a stay here.

A lovely, well-equipped , clean, peaceful and comfortable cottage.

There is a very large beautiful garden to wander in. It is well placed to explore Dorset and only a five minute drive to Crewkerne. Mary and Richard were friendly and informative hosts. We had an excellent holiday.

Just returned from a lovely week staying in Jasmine Cottage.

The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The cottage is ideal for a stay in this part of the West Country as during the week we visited places in Dorset, Somerset and Devon. The cottage had everything we needed, and was cozy and spotlessly clean. Our dog was welcomed too and enjoyed his first walk of the day in the garden which is delightful. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Jasmine cottage is located in the small pretty village of South Perrott with lots of walks nearby and a host of great places to visit in a beautiful part of Dorset. We were very comfortable and the cottage was well equipped and we very much appreciated being able to relax in the peaceful and quiet garden. Would recommend

A lovely cottage with private parking ( narrow entry gates) and a wonderful garden to walk a dog.

We had a warm welcome and some milk , biscuits and tea/coffee left for our use. Cottage is on the small side but Ok for 2 adults. Only negatives were the sink in the bathroom which was tiny and very low as is the fridge freezer tucked under the stairs . A fabulous location though and would recommend.

Beautiful surroundings with lovely relaxing walks ideal with our dog. Cottage was well equipped with everything required. Very clean, with fresh linen. We loved our stay in Jasmine Cottage, the cottage was warm and cosy all weekend, our dog Cali loved the walks in the extensive garden.

Would recommend with further information that the gateway entrance is narrow, we didn’t find the bed very comfortable but overall a very comfortable place to stay.

The cottage was very comfortable and we'll equipped.

The hosts welcoming and friendly. The garden was a definite plus, our Arni loved playing in it. We will definitely book again. The only downside is the kitchen area. If you had the oven door open it was difficult to use the oven as you can only Access it from the side.

Very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful outside space - the garden is fabulous. Good location. The welcome pack was indeed very welcome! The only slight niggle was the (very new) shower was only just warm enough to use. We spoke to Mary and she is going to look into it. Overall, great, I would return another time.

"Jasmine Cottage" is a little gem with a marvelous garden in a beautiful part of the world with plenty of beautiful places to explore near by.

Mary and Richard made sure everything was there to make you feel at home plus all the information on what to do when you are over there are printing out for you. I loved the Cottage, I felt spoiled and looked after. I was there on my own and I can't wait to go back. I couldn't recommend enough.

Being able to enjoy the garden is a bonus and the cottage is set in a lovely village. Crewkerne is only 5 mins away by car and the Dorset coast less than half an hour.

The cottage was immaculate. As we knew it was advertised as a dog-friendly cottage, and we don't have a dog, we were a little worried that there would be dog smells and hair in a few places. However, the whole cottage was spotless and clean. Mary and Richard were very welcoming and available to help if needed, but were not intrusive. The garden was available for our use and we enjoyed exploring the two acres and using the table and chairs provided. We would thoroughly recommend the cottage for a relaxing stay.

Great stay at this cottage we were well catered for and so was Eli our dog could not fault anything Richard and Mary always on hand it needed.

Jasmine cottage is located in an ideal spot to access both inland and coastal sights easily.

Beautiful scenery and magnificent beaches to explore with your four legged friend. The cottage is warm, bright, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen space is small but well equipped. Everything you need after your day out to make dinner and relax for the evening. And if you can't find anything, a quick message or call to Mary and a few minutes later she was at the door to help. The garden is a quiet, calm oasis to wander in or to sit and listen to the birdsong in the early morning as your dog investigates the river, bushes, trees and lifts his nose to catch the scents floating in on the breeze. Richard and Mary have a vast wealth of local knowledge and were always ready to offer recommendations and loan a map. Nothing was too much trouble, they were helpful and very welcoming to all visitors, whether furry or not so furry!

It was delightful with a beautiful woodland walk for our dog. Accommodation for 2 plus dog was perfect. We were left very welcoming goodies and a doggy pack. It was comforting to have the owners nearby who were very kind and helpful.

Beautiful large garden with stream and pond. Very welcoming hosts who were always keen to help if you needed it. This cottage is within easy reach of both the coast and some delightful country walks. Very enjoyable indeed.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The guestbook was very informative with detailed information about local amenities and whether they are dog friendly. Our dogs loved the big garden.

Very comfortable and more than adequate heating. Garden a dogs delight to run around and explore, with stream running through it. Richard and Mary were very welcoming and helpful when needed. We hope to return for a longer stay next year

Nice clean well equipped cottage in a good location to visit surrounding area - Lyme Regis, Clarkes Village and Weymouth all about 40 - 60 minutes.

If using A303 stay on for Crewkerne and the A356 - there is a Waitrose and Lidl next to each other handy for supplies - turn left at the large yellow cross hatched road markings - stay on A356 to the cottage - after a declining left hand turn the cottage is on the left a very narrow entrance in-between a large tree and Bakers Arms where the owners live. The court yard is gravelled and a car park space for each cottage. NOTE that there is no mobile phone signal - Wi-Fi only - my phone worked okay, but my wife's didn't - would have liked a roller blind on the glass front door and in the bathroom. The power to work the shower is a ceiling pull cord next to it. No eating establishment within walking distance. Would recommend for a couple with it's good location for visiting surrounding area - just keep to the A roads!

Our hosts were very welcoming and the cottage was impeccable. The extensive grounds made it ideal for our dog. The cottage was in a great location which meant we could explore many different parts of Dorset. We would definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Cottage, which had been renovated to a high standard, being next to the main house which used to be a pub.

The enormous garden was truly remarkable and a real treat, for us and our aging dog. The owners were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the Cottage meant it was very easy to visit a number of local attractions and we would thoroughly recommend staying here.

This property and its owners are a dream come true.

We really enjoyed our stay we had every thing we wated and more you only need your cable for your computer and phone so many USB plugs up and downstairs grounds were so nice to wander though parking very good and in a courtyard of the old pub, Richard and Mary very friendly and always working and would happily chat if you wanted lots of outdoor seating all around and we made friends with Paul and Linda and lovely dog Bruce magic Holiday i sure people will enjoy and nicely placed for sightseeing, We loved it very good break.

We had a lovely few days in Jasmin Garden over the Coronation weekend.

Richard and Mary were lovely and the garden was just stunning. Perfect for us and the dog to wander round at our leisure (despite the rain!)

We would recommend Jasmine cottage for all dog lovers.

Richard and Mary go over and above to make your stay homely with a welcome pack including Wine, Milk, Local Biscuits and more. The grounds include a 2 acre wood with a stream running through it and an abundance of wild flowers Its a superb location to Bridport, West Bay, Lyme Regis and Beaminster We would definately return

Perfect cottage for 2 of us plus dog, lots to do .

Close enough to the coast for easy day trips. Garden a field out back for dog walks. Comfy bed. We switched off storage heating in bedroom as we like it cool with window open. Great price when you look around.

A lovely cottage set in a quite village, the cottage is home from home with everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay, the owners are very welcoming and there are lovely gardens to walk around, we would definitely recommend this holiday cottage

Loved Jasmine Cottage, and the owners Mary and Richard were so nice and friendly.

The kitchen was very well stocked and everything we needed to do the Christmas Dinner! We were puzzled by the very large dishwasher for 2 people, but no washing machine? Would suggest removing the dishwasher and put a washing machine in the space, or put it in the large bathroom? That said we enjoyed our stay and our Dachshund lived the grounds. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful cosy little cottage set in a lovely setting with very helpful friendly owners.

Just a couple of miles outside of crewkern and within easy reach of Weymouth Bournemouth Poole. Really enjoyed our stay very comfortable with all amenities needed.

The large garden was an ideal place to wander in and for exercising our Golden Retriever. Mary and Richard were very helpful. Our thanks to them for the welcome basket and for the treats etc for Harvey. We really enjoyed staying in Jasmine Cottage, the cottage is lovely and comfortable and it was fully equipped with all that we needed for our stay, it was clean and modernised within without compromising it's character, so everything was nicely decorated clean and comfortable, it's a charming cottage and nice and quiet for a peaceful break.

The owners are a lovely couple, friendly and we were very grateful for the welcome gifts that they supplied, we thought that was very considerate and generous, would we stay there again ? OF COURSE!

Unfortunately my father became seriously ill and has subsequently passed away, consequently we could not go to Jasmine Cottage.

I am very disappointed with the way Sykes staff dealt with the situation and we were not offered any refund.

They had prepared the cottage with welcoming treats of, wine, biscuits, milk and beverages. The gardens, although a project in hand, were beautiful, safe and a joy to walk or sit in. The cottage was thoughtfully finished with dog treats, dog towel, bowls and hygiene bags. A really lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings with owners who really care and are more than prepared to go the 'extra mile'. We would definitely recommend the cottage to others and consider another stay ourselves.

The hosts were fantastic - cottage was lovely and full of thoughtful touches - such as good quality toiletries, washing up items, milk, tea, coffee and wine.

For the dog - a basket containing blanket, towel, bowls and treats! They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and places to visit - would definitely return and recommend!

Nice cottage in a lovely part of England.

Hosts were very helpful and the cottages and associated buildings have a lot of history that they are happy to share with visitors. They have set up a website of local attractions that they are currently populating. Village is nice and their are some good local walks though you might want a map. Only real negative was that the games room was not available. Other than that a great week.
