The games room offers hours of entertainment for guests of all ages, while doors lead out to an enclosed garden where a magnificent 8-person hot tub, heated by a crackling wood-fired furnace, invites you to sink into steaming water beneath a sweeping oak-beamed canopy.
This impressive structure shelters not only the hot tub but also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a generous dining area, so you can savor sizzling dishes and laughter-filled meals while the scent of woodsmoke drifts through the air.

An amazing house to stay for 10 of us for my 60th birthday weekend.
Really comfortable beds with quality bedding. Facilities are excellent with lots of space, a wood fired hot tub, a pool table, outdoor kitchen, outdoor eating. Parking for free 2 minutes walk away. Right on the high street in Wincanton - a really pretty town where everyone is really friendly with independent shops and eating, drinking places. The hosts couldn’t have done more for us. We would love to return. The best Sykes house we have stayed in.
Ash House was the perfect place for our 5 person get together.
Beautiful! It’s very central, being on the High Street, and yet very tranquil. The house is well equipped, a home from home you might say, with more than enough space to house 5 of us very comfortably. The Poole table was a bonus as was the outdoor seating area and garden. Would definitely recommend for a Wincanton visit, especially if a large party. Loved out stay there.
During our stay the owner James was away, but was in contact with us to ensure that everything was ok.
On arrival we were greeted by his lovely mother who came to show us around the impressive property, and explain how everything worked. After a long day out the hot tub was a very welcone feature.
