Following the success and demand from our previous events, we’re excited to bring you an evening dedicated to exploring the holiday let market in the South West. With over 40 years’ experience marketing and managing over 500 self-catering holiday homes in the South West, our local team will be presenting up to date statistics on how the holiday let market is performing, key customer booking trends and our expectations for 2026.
The event is completely free to attend, and is suitable for new, experienced or aspiring holiday home owners. This is an unmissable evening for anyone with an interest in holiday letting!
An evening of holiday letting advice
Here’s what to expect from our Guide to Holiday Letting event:
Complimentary Welcome Drink (18:00) Start the evening with a warm welcome and a chance to mingle over a complimentary drink. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and get ready for an enjoyable evening.
Presentation – Guide to Holiday Letting (18:30 – 19:30) Our speakers, Emily Mercer, Marketing Manager for Helpful Holidays, and our New Property Consultant Emma Hallam, will take the stage to share their wealth of knowledge. They’ll provide expert up-to-date statistics, customer booking trends, and insights for the year ahead.
Complimentary Buffet and Networking (19:30 – 21:00) Following the presentation, indulge in a delectable complimentary buffet. This is your chance to network with industry professionals, including representatives from Helpful Holidays, Stags Estate Agents, and Zeal Tax. Share experiences, ask questions, and make trusted connections in the South West holiday letting community.
