Yellowland Farm

I cannot recommend this beautiful property enough.

Set in a peaceful location but within few minutes drive of some beautiful beaches. The pool is lovely and warm and is complimented by a large jacuzzi. There is a huge playroom for young children and a teenage playroom too. Even has full size snooker table and outdoor play area. We took three generations of family and everyone agreed it was the best place we have stayed at. We don’t normally return to previous locations as love exploring pastures new but in this case we would make an exception. Quite simply a lovely week.

Been twice it is that good!

! I am fussy, particularly about cleanliness and furniture etc. I have nothing negative to say at all. The farmhouse is fantastic. The bedrooms are great, comfy, spacious and clean. The facilities outstanding. In our family of 4, the first person to get into the pool started to say "ooo it's not as warm as yesterday" and it turned into a joke that we said everyday as a laugh. It was the perfect temperature every day, certainly the warmest pool we have had. There may be something wrong with the table tennis though as I never win!! stand on the side near the 8 ball pool table and you always seem to win. (I will be trying that next time) Not sure how the white ball always seems to get potted either.... perhaps I am just rubbish. All very good fun though. The gardens are gorgeous, well maintained and colourful, but nothing can beat talking to the cows every day. I wonder if they are missing us....

An ideal property for a family holiday!

We were there to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren . From the warm welcome we received to the accommodation and facilities…. it was everything we needed. The weather was perfect and a great location for visiting the area. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Third time here and once again we had an amazing week at Yellowland Farm.

The place has it all and you could literally not leave the farm as there is so much to do there. Will be looking to book a fourth visit :-D

Beautiful location immaculately clean and tidy, the children enjoyed the play room and we all spent many hours in the pool and jacuzzi, the grown ups made good use of the full size snooker table.

A welcoming house with fantastic facilities for both children and adults in the outbuildings.

This is our second visit.

We never normally go to the same place twice but Yellowland Farm ticks all the boxes and has loads of excursions within a 30 minute drive so was able to do different activities on both visits. That being said there is no reason to leave the accommodation as the facilities are endless and take up the entire day :-). The pool is warm and jacuzzi is very warm, gardens are beautiful, park is very fun, toy room is fully stocked for the kids, the games room is great for all ages with the pool table ect and the house is spacious, cosy and great for relaxing and entertaining :-)

We had a lovely time celebrating a joint 70th and 40th Birthday.

The cottage is beautiful with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was a big hit with everyone, especially the children. I think we could have easily spent the week just staying at the farm! Games and toy room were also a great bonus. Highly recommend Blackberry Farm Shop (about 3 miles away). We also visited Bude and Bideford. The Ganache Pizza takeaway was stunning. As others have said we would have preferred more fridge space rather than freezer space but this didn’t pose any problems during our stay. The fridge door has to be shut properly or otherwise it catches and doesn’t close- leaving the back of the fridge quite frosty. It would be useful to know in the listing that beach towels are needed for the pool. We assumed as it says towels are included that we didn’t need any, however it states that we needed to use our own towels in the pool area. The grounds are immaculate and do peacefully. We would love to return and stay again. Amazing memories were made.

A fantastic house with everything you'd need.

Really clean and well presented. The swimming pool and the play barn were super for young kids, particularly when it rained. 20 minutes from the beaches at Bude. Highly recommended.

The house and all the extras were great, exactly what we had expected from the listing.

We met the owners who were very friendly and they were on hand to deal with any issues should they have arisen. When they went away for a couple of days during our stay they left us with contact numbers so we felt if there had been a problem it was covered. My only issue was the extreme difficulty in contacting Sykes before our stay. The telephone contact for Sykes only appears to allow booking or payment options so, as advised, I contacted using WhatsApp. Through this I was advised at 4.33pm on 29/07/25 that "An agent would be in touch asap". On 01/08/25, 3 days later and the day our holiday began, I received a message at 1.31pm advising that they were "receiving large volumes of messages and unfortunately they hadn't been able to respond to me in time". The message went on to say that "if I still wanted a response I should reply to the message with 'yes' and someone would be in touch shortly". An hour later they closed the chat because I hadn't responded. It is at least a six hour drive from Essex to Devon, so with an arrival time of 5pm I was actually driving to begin our holiday at that time and so did not pick up the first message and by the time I saw it, the chat was closed. I was less than impressed. As it happens I had already resolved my issue but I think that is beside the point, surely dealing with queries should be part of the service of administering the bookings that Sykes charge their clients for.

We stayed for a week in July & what an amazing week we had with fantastic weather.

The house is perfect with beautiful surroundings & the pool is great. We made use of this every night, also the games room. Everything was spotlessly clean & so well maintained. We definitely will return!

It was really great and the hosts were extremely welcoming and nice.

Would definitely recommend this place especially due to the private swimming pool, jacuzzi and games rooms. Only possible drawback would be the WiFi connection but it was manageable.

We have had a fantastic stay at Yellowland farm the house has every thing you need the grounds are so spacious and the beds are so comfy !

The pool and entertainment barns provide so much more space to enjoy , the farm is in a beautifull location in the counytryside and the hosts are so friendly and welcoming and on hand for anything you need. We would definatly recommend this wonderfull holiday home and will definatly be back !

Very comfortable property inside and out, beautiful gardens.

Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and two freezers is very helpful for a large group. Would definitely recommend and would happily return.

I will endeavour to give honest feedback on our recent visit.

Pros. It was a lovely and comfortable house with everything you need for self catering. The pool was brilliant, as well as the playroom, snooker room and games room. The grounds were spacious and great for the odd game of hide and seek!! Cons. The kitchen could do with more fridge space, maybe swap the 2nd freezer for a fridge? The kids were very disappointed that there weren't any chickens to feed or animals to pet as stated in the property description. The non availability of all the leisure facilities on the Friday morning was a complete surprise as we would've liked an early morning swim. Probably the biggest gripe was the removal of our belongings from the pool area before 7.30am on our last day!! All in all we had an enjoyable holiday, just a shame about the last morning that will prevent us returning.

Second visit to Yellowland - still beautiful, enjoyed the facilities, plenty to do - we were lucky with the weather, but we still used the pool, even though we been to the beach - so warm and relaxing

Lovely clean and comfortable house bedrooms are a great layout with 2 unsuites a great bonous for mixed ages and families, A great pool and games room , beautiful gardens too , friendly owners , we will be back again .

Yellowland Farm was a perfect holiday for us.

Rural and peaceful but with fantastic facilities. The pool building has everything you need for a rainy UK summer day. The house itself is cosy and welcoming. Hilary and Paul were friendly and you felt if there was a problem, you could speak to them. We would highly recommend

The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We were a party of three generations who all enjoyed the many facilities especially the swimming pool. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and relatives.

This property has it all.

Between the comfortable house, beautiful garden, swimming pool, games / play rooms, a very spacious playing area with park and surrounded by many farm animals :-). The swimming pool temperature was perfect. Loads to see locally with Bude, Hidden Valley, Clovelly, Bideford.

Fabulous property, the barn for the kids was great, loads of toys, men loved the games room, everyone loved the swimming pool, beds were comfy, the only downside was the shower in the bathroom not great!

But hey ho can’t have everything, we had a fantastic holiday here, loved the cows but think the chickens coukd really do with a bigger pen

This house is a fantastic place to stay.

As a three generational family it covered everything and we have never stayed in such a welcoming, comfortable holiday cottage. It's even better than the pictures suggest and the owners are lovely. Couldn't have asked for more from a holiday cottage.

Somehow every visit at Yellowland Farm is better than the last!

We had a lovely, relaxing 2 weeks here. The swimming pool, games room and outdoor play area were very well used by all of us, and my boys loved going to say Hello to the chickens in the mornings! Hillary and Paul are absolutely lovely and never fail to make you feel very welcomed into their beautiful home. I’ve been going to Yellowland Farm since I was 12 years old, I’m now almost 25! It’s been lovely to make precious memories with my children. And we have already booked for next year, so that tells all you need to know! :) Thank you again Hillary & Paul !

It was the most relaxing holiday I have had in a very long time.

The beach and shops were only a 20 minute drive away and the facilities at the Farm were amazing. We enjoyed being able to have a swim when I like and in private. It was just a joy to in peaceful surroundings for a couple of weeks. The host and there family were really lovely and kept the gardens to a high standard. Anyone with a large or extended family will have the best of times no matter the weather. We loved the farm cats who were quite entertaining.

Excellent stay everything we needed was there

Absolutely fantastic farm house which was so clean and comfortable.

We had a fabulous relaxing holiday (5 adults and a 9 year old) We all loved the private pool, our daughter even learned how to swim, the jacuzzi was a plus and the changing room was just right. The games room was great, the snooker room was the winner for my husband. The playroom was a little young for a nine year old, I'd say it was for children 6 years and younger but the outdoor play area was perfect with a couple of chickens in a pen that you could collect eggs from in the morning (I would have liked to see them with more space though) If you don't like cats then this isn't the place for you as there are lots of them around the farm and it is hard to keep them out, doors do need to stay closed, however we love them and our daughter had a great time naming and keeping count of them. The owners are lovely and were there if we needed them. What more can I say? If you love the countryside as we do and want a relaxing holiday then you will love this delightful farmhouse which has easy access to the seaside, restaurants and shops.

We had a great week with 10 of us enjoying the facilities.

The swimming pool, the hot tub, the games barn were a very big hit. The house is a good size and we would happily come back. The only qualms we had is that we felt the fridge was a bit small for 10 guests. But apart from that all good.

Lovely spacious, warm and immaculately clean old farm house with attractive and well maintained garden.

The facilities are outstandingly good. In fact there is so much to do at the farm you don't need to leave it if the weather isn't great. The swimming pool is wonderfully warm so we were able to stay in with the children much longer than usual, whilst other adults lounged in the jacuzzi and looked on. The men enjoyed the full sized snooker table and the table tennis, pool table and table football were all a bonus. It's in a great position just 3 miles from all the facilities in Holsworthy so no distance to go when you run out of milk. It's less than half an hour to the lovely Hartland coast or the other way to the Tarka trail for safe off rode cycling with the children and also RHS Rosemoor is nearby. I would definitely recommend Yellowland Farm.

5 - 68 really enjoyed our stay at Yellowland farm. Lovely comfortable farm house with fantastic facilities for all ages! The swimming pool was loved by everyone as it was so warm, Hilary and Paul the owners are so welcoming and friendly, we would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Rarely do you find a holiday accommodation that stands up to to brief.

This one did. We could not have been happier. Everything was 1 st class.

After a long journey 9 hours we arrived at yellowland cottage The journey was worth it Fabulous stay loved the pool we all went in every day The games room was great Picked eggs every morning for breakfast Best eggs I've had The cottage has everything you want Beds very comfortable Clean and great seating in the beautiful gardens We had a trip to bude great beach Would highly recommend

This was our second visit to Yellowland Farm and are returning again next year.

We have had another enjoyable week at the cottage. The pool is perfect to come back to after a day out exploring. Everyone had a great time in the games room on the evening and the little one enjoyed the play room.

We loved the cottage and it lived up to expectation.

The only thing I would mention is the bed size for 2 of our party who are over 6 ft tall. They struggled with a standard size double bed. I was at fault in not considering their needs when booking. We take for granted that in hotels these days it is usually at least a king size bed for a double. However that is just a little niggle. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and enjoyed by all.

Excellent holiday accommodation couldn’t fault it!

We had a wonderful week despite the weather, celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary with our grown up kids and grandchildren.

Found the cottage really nice and the owners very welcoming.

The pool is great and the family spent many hrs splashing about. Facilities are faultless, and more than enough seating for all (6 adults & 4 kids). We did find the beds a bit on the hard side, but that's more a personal choice and what your used to back home. Our main issue was not with the cottage of it's facilities, but the fact that the location is a bit isolated if you what to explore or walk the coastal areas (25min to Bude), but again that depends on what you want from a holiday.

Yellowland farm is the perfect retreat to unwind with family, a wonderful family base to explore the Devon and Cornwall.

Everything has been thought of to make your stay as stress free as possible, from a fantastic swimming pool to fresh baked biscuits on arrival nothing has been missed. Spotlessly clean and flawlessly maintained we cannot praise yellowland farm enough, top notch, 5 star accommodation. A true gem and highly recommend.

Immaculately presented house. Owner is lovely and there were homemade cookies on arrival. Great location, beaches and shops within easy reach although there is so much to occupy the children they didn't want to go out!

Beautiful home with so much to offer anyone on a holiday.

The pool and hot tub were just great. The games room had enough for everyone to do something, and the kiddies' room well what can I say as there was bikes, scooters, tractors dolls I could keep listing no kid would be without something to play with. The owners were very welcoming. I would love to return sometime in the future.

We had a fantastic weekend starting the 2nd of December.

Three families got together for an early Christmas celebration. This property gave us everything we needed to have a great time. Two teenage girls spent hours in the pool and hot tub, which were both literally bath temperature. The adults also enjoyed this facility, especially the cooks when they needed chill time. We all expected to need lots of warm clothes as the weather had turned very cold that weekend, but were pleasantly surprised on our arrival to find the house was so beautifully warm. It was such an unexpected treat. The owners were really lovely people also. We could not have chosen a better property to rent. Many Thanks for a really special stay.

The pool and games room was used daily and was great fun. The kitchen is very well equipped which was lovely. The hosts are lovely and helpful, we had homemade biscuits left for us on arrival which were delicious. The children really enjoyed collecting the chicken eggs and having them for breakfast. The entire place is lovely so we have already booked for next year.

Brilliant place for a family to stay.

The pool was greatly enjoyed by all ages (a clock on the wall would ensure swimmers don't get into trouble with the cook!!, a minor detail!). The grounds provided sunny spots, shady spots, a breezy area for drying washing, and a pre-dinner G&T area.

Yellowland Farm was a wonderful place to stay, it was very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and all in a lovely setting.

It had everything we needed and more.The facilities were fantastic, there was something for everyone from 9 months to 75 years, the pool and jacuzzi were obviously a great hit.

Second time we have stayed now, we all love the place and dont want to leave, Hillary and Paul always have time for a chat, house is roomy and very clean, the playroom/games rooms and swimming pool are always a massive hit, already booked for next year.

A lovely cottage and great facilities.

It didn't really matter what the weather did, there was plenty of entertainment for all age groups. We enjoyed a very relaxed week.

We had a great week at Yellowland Farm, enjoying the pool, hot tub, games room, massive dining table, numerous sofas and many nearby attractions / towns, and would happily recommend it to any large families / groups - if it can cope with our 4 young families then it can handle most things : ) Hilary and Paul were incredibly amenable, and fantastic hosts - the week was worth way more than we paid, and we would have no qualms about returning in the future - thank you!

We stayed here as a family and the pool was a huge hit with the kids and so was the games rooms ect the only problem we had was none of the games room had any sort of heating so it was too cold to play in them the kids were disappointed but it was too cold to stay out there so maybe a blow heater or some sort of heater that can be put on why in use to take the chill off the rooms would be great in this weather the cottage was lovely toffee was very friendly and another big hit with the kids the only thing stopping us from booking again is the lack of heating in all games rooms.

We have just returned from a great week at Yellowland Farm celebrating Christmas.

Hilary & Paul made our holiday very special from decorating the house to showing the children the farm animals. The house provided every comfort - a cosy lounge with wood burner, a spacious dining room with Christmas tree, an extra child's bed & plenty of hot water. As the weather was a bit damp ( it is December!), the facilities were a great bonus especially the warm pool and hot tub which were used daily. There are beautiful grounds with outdoor seating areas which we were not able to use but we would thoroughly recommend Yellowland Farm at any time of the year.

On our arrival Hilary had made some treats for us so they went down well. (Thank You) Would stay again but I will bring a fan next time as it was hot when we were there and there isn't one available in the house.. Cows, Sheep, Toffee the dog & cats all very friendly. Lovely Gardens that are kept neat and tidy. All for your own use. The Pool & Jacuzzi were excellent & all the Games Rooms too. The only negative if i can think of if any was the odd fly or two that came in but fly spray got rid of them. I would recommend this property. 10/10 it was brilliant.

We all had a fabulous holiday, although the weather wasn’t that great .

Paul & Hilary were very helpful and friendly if we had any questions. Everything you needed for all adults and children, we loved having the pool to ourselves and the children enjoyed getting the fresh eggs every morning. We going back next year we can’t wait. J Bennett

Wonderful accommodation and the owners could not have been more helpful, we would love to return.

The children didn’t want to leave, there was so much to do. The house and gardens were pristine, everything was made easy for us to relax. We also loved being on a working farm. Thank you for a lovely holiday! I would also add that Sykes were very easy to deal with even during the chaos of the pandemic, thank you.

We spent a week at Yellowland Farm for a much needed break.

Despite not having the greatest weather the facilities were everything we needed. We only ventured out on a few days as our girls (6&3) spent most of the time in the pool. The pool, grounds and facilities were amazing. Hilary and Paul were really helpful without being intrusive. Locally the Waitrose provided everything we needed. Would highly recommend and we’d love to return!

Brilliant venue and facilities for a long overdue family holiday.

The cottage catered for children of all ages. Fantastic play facilities from the games room to the swimming pool. Also wonderful to be surrounded by the farm animals and tractors if you have little ones in tow. Owners were very helpful but not in the least intrusive. Can not recommend this property highly enough!

This place is fantastic!

We have just had a weeks stay here with our children and they didn't want to leave. So peaceful and quiet, and Only a 20 minute drive to one of many beautiful beaches in the area. Hillary and Paul are lovely friendly people, and happy to help and have a chat whenever we needed them. We will definitely be coming back.

What an amazing time place. The kids loved the swimming pool and being on a working farm and seeing the animals was also great. For bigger kids there’s pool, snooker, table tennis too. It’s a 20 min quick drive to Bude along a nice wide road. I would come back here.

We have just returned from an excellent week at Yellowland Farm.

The facilities are top notch. Large comfortable farmhouse, children's playareas, gardens, snooker room and of course the indoor swimming pool which was a bit hit with us all. Hilary and Paul were very pleasant and friendly and made us feel most welcome. The homemade cookies left as a welcome treat went down very well. There were cows, sheep and chickens for the children to be fascinated with and we were allowed to collect eggs every day. We had the bonus of lovely weather but you could enjoy staying here any time of the year. All set in the peace and tranquility of the North Devon countryside A cracking holiday. Thank you all. All in all a superb stay enjoyed by everyone.

What a wonderful stay.

Yellowland farm wonderful place with magnificent facilities. The owners a very friendly and helpful. The games room and toy room were a big hit. But the warm wonderful pool and jacuzzi were the big winners of the week. The kids loved it. The owners brought sheep down for the kids to feed, and eggs to pick from the chicken coop. Can’t wait to re book for next year.

Whole family were delighted with the indoor pool and hot tub. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the homemade biscuits left for us were a big hit. The children were all fighting over them. Toffee the dog was a delight, she was very patient and gentle when the younger children were stroking her. The only drawback was the cats, we are not cat people. We had to keep the doors shut and could hardly open the windows because of them, but this was too be expected being on a farm. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a nice and comfortable place to relax in the gorgeous Devon countryside

Really quiet peace full place for a chill holiday thank you

It was wonderful that our family could get together at this very well organised, clean friendly property.

The owners made us so welcome and we'd love to go back again. couldn't have had a lovelier place or location. No down side at all for this property. Thank you so much. for anyone going there is enough for all ages not to have to leave the property at all and in these times that would be a reat lus for families.

We enjoyed all the extra facilities: the games room, definitely the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Outdoor areas were great and our children loved the freedom of the play area and gardens, ideal for our treasure hunt. The courtyard by the swimming pool was the best place for evening drinks and made the surprise party a great success.

We couldn't have wished for anywhere better to celebrate my sons 21st birthday !

With three generations of our family meeting up we were all happy with the cosy comfortable accommodation, we could all be together yet if we needed a little rest from the fun and frivolity we all had our own space too. Our hosts Hilary and Paul spoilt us with their thoughtful touches throughout the farmhouse and nothing was too much trouble, everything you could possibly need was included. Set in a lovely rural area the scenery was stunning. The indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were the star of the holiday we were in every day sometimes more than once The children were delighted with the play barn, outdoor climbing frame and trampoline while the adults enjoyed the snooker barn and we all enjoyed the games barn, we spent a wonderful week enjoying being together and being able to relax and reconnect. Toffee the dog was a most welcome visitor and we all enjoyed feeding him titbits and we would have loved to take him home with us ! All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend staying here

We booked Yellowland farm to celebrate my 30th birthday.

We can only say positive things about Yellowland farm, it was brilliant, we all had a fantastic time and didn’t want to leave. Hilary and Paul were very friendly and helpful. The homemade biscuits were a big hit on our arrival. The house was very spacious and was very clean and cosy. There were endless things to do and we never got bored, there was something for all ages. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, which we used numerous occasions each day of our stay. We had fun in the games barn with pool table, football table and table tennis. The toy barn was a big hit with the younger children of our group, which had every toy you could think of in there. The full size snooker table was a big hit with the adults of the group. We only ventured out for a walk on the beach in Bude. We all had an absolutely amazing time and didn’t want to leave! We would highly recommend Yellowland farm.

We celebrated my 70th birthday at Yellowlands Farm and had a fantastic stay.

We all thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities on offer, especially the indoor pool. This was loved by all the children from 6 months through to adults. Paul and Hillary were really friendly and very helpful and we would certainly go again. Great place for a family gathering.

We booked the farm to celebrate our Golden Wedding with our family.

Nine of us in total - ages 74 to 3 and perfect for all of us. The house itself was ideal with plenty of room for all of us. It was comfortable, very clean and well decorated with everything you might need, including hair dryers, games, books, videos and toys. The children (11, 8 and 3) couldn't wait to collect the eggs in the morning and were out of the house in their pyjamas. They adored Toffee the very friendly dog, fed the sheep and met the cows. The facilities were impressive, not least the swimming pool which was a huge hit with everyone, plus the newly acquired full size snooker table which was used most evenings! As the weather was kind to us we were out most days, so didn't have enough time to enjoy everything. We had a barbeque one evening sitting outside in the pretty garden till dark. Hilary and Paul are lovely hosts, really friendly and nothing is too much trouble, you feel instantly at home when you meet them and Hilary's home made biscuits and lovely flower arrangements were so thoughtful and welcoming. We had 4 cars in total and parking was not a problem. Great value for money and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

Overall, we had a fabulous holiday.

The hosts, Hilary and Paul, were so friendly and pleasant. On arrival, there were fresh flowers throughout the cottage and some gorgeous home-baked shortbread cookies to welcome us. Hilary and Paul stopped many a while to pass the time of day despite having a working farm to tend. Our youngsters loved trying to feed the sheep (but they weren't hungry this time) and watching the chickens. Toffee, their dog, was very friendly and popular Our group ranged from 7 years to 70 and there was something for everyone. Plenty of seating, crockery, space - all very well organised and co-ordinated. Free wifi was available, but we struggled for a signal in the lounge area. Everywhere else was okay. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy, spotless and well equipped. Parking for our 3 cars was plenty and the environment was lovely, safe and free from the expected farmyard smells. The pool and hot tub were used everyday - just a pity we couldn't use our sinkers and inflatables etc for insurance reasons which we understood. Plastic beakers were thoughtfully provided for use in the pool area - obviously you can't risk glass or crockery breaking in a swimming pool. The games room was extremely popular - table tennis, pool and table football (although the football table had sagged a little so the players couldn't kick the balls). The separate, full-sized snooker table was excellent, as was the play room with lego, mats, bikes, trikes, balls and much more. There was even some gym equipment. The photographs on the website are a little misleading. The wide angle shots make the rooms look bigger than actual sizes. Having said that, we were still very pleased with everything and had more than enough space for three families. One slight downside was the number of flies in the cottage. Fine mesh screens at the windows would resolve this but fly spray was effective. Also, couldn't leave the patio doors open as there were cats on site which we were asked not to let indoors as they aren't house trained. The gardens, play areas and outdoor seating arrangements were exceptional and used fully most days, thanks to the glorious weather for 6 out of 7 days.

We have just had a truly wonderful week at Yellowlands Farm.

We would not change anything about our holiday except maybe the weather. Even that didn't matter as the swimming pool, games room and comfortable cottage kept all three generations of our family happy. By the end of the week the youngest family member could swim and we all went home reluctantly but relaxed. Good places to visit locally. Recommend the otter sanctuary, Bude and Launceston steam railway.

Very nice in every way, had a great time and the owners were lovely.

On arrival there were some flowers which lasted the whole of our time there and we were greeted with some home made cookies which were fantastic. A lovely place, very friendly and lots to do.

the cottage was all we dreamed for ,beautiful kitchen everything u needed.Host Paul and Hillary where such lovely people. Plus we had beautiful weather. Definitely be going back for another fab holiday.

This holiday cottage was perfect for our family get together, the cosy cottage provided ample space for relaxation, the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi provided all the entertainment needed for a cold winters week.

The country farm settling was beautiful and our little people loved seeing the animals and collecting freshly laid eggs from the chickens, Toffee the dog is adorable!

Just that we love this place and will definitely be going again!

Friendly owners, really comfy house, warm pool...we felt really at home.

The owners were extremely accommodating of our needs.

They were very relaxed and seemed keen for chidren to experience the 'farm feel' e.g. collecting eggs. The holiday provided the wide age range : 5 months - over 60's with complete entertainment, especially on a wet day! Very successful. The younder adults found the double beds a little too narrow. The range cooker ovens proved difficult to get up to adequate temp. There seemd to be an idiosyncrasy according to which oven was used first.

This was our 5th stay here. It has everything you want, it’s a home from home, excellent pool and jacuzzi and the location is perfect. This holiday offers something for everyone, wether you want a relaxing break or the comforts of home after a busy day out. Collecting the eggs, feeding the sheep, playing with toffee the dog or even a game of pool in the games room there is so much on offer. Mr and Mrs Cheers are friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough for you. We can’t recommend this holiday enough.

Paul and Hillary had the right balance of being helpful and leaving you to your holiday.

Having the children collect eggs and feed the chicken's, feed the sheep out of there hands was an added touch that they will remember. also when the children wanted to stay more than go to a theme park it is a good indication of how much they enjoyed it there.

Had an absolutely amazing week at Yellowland Farm, wanted for nothing.

Hilary and Paul were very welcoming and friendly. Grandkids and adults alike enjoyed feeding the sheep and chickens, the fresh eggs were delicious. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing and chilled holiday. Would go back again with no hesitation. The cottage was beautiful.
