“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Regatta Cottage.”

Everything that we could have possibly needed was provided for us. It was a real home from home - warm and comfortable. Nice enclosed gardens - front and back, although our more agile dog did manage to jump over the wall once or twice. We were left a cream tea for us to enjoy, on our arrival. It was nice to have the woodburner in the lounge, as well. Our 2 dogs really enjoyed it too. It was nice to have the woodburner in the lounge, as well. Our 2 dogs really enjoyed it too. The view from the garden over the estuary was beautiful and we saw some lovel sunsets and sunrises, even in late November. Tan (the owner) contacted us several times to see if there was anything that we needed. The local people are very friendly. The local pub (The Old Quay Inn) has just re-opened - if you also have dogs, I recommend the 1/2 hour walk to the pub as there are various little places enroute where you can let your dogs off the lead, the best being just before you get to the pub, down by the estuary. Falmouth was also worth a visit. We definitely hope to go back and will definitely book Regatta Cottage, if it is available.
