The Property

½ mile from Feock village, almost right on Loe Beach, a semi-detached traditional cottage with lovely sea views on a working farm. Private garden with patio (table/chairs), lawn, shrubs and trees. Good beach café, boat hire and excellent sailing/windsurfing school on the beach, with launching facilities and sheltered sailing waters (parking for boats behind beach). Friendly, welcoming owners (chocolate cake provided). Private drive to entrance. Living room (open fire, TV/DVD). Dining room (woodburner). Kitchen with Rayburn (for cosiness), electric cooker, microwave and, in a larder, fridge-freezer. Large, width-of-house conservatory for dining, relaxing and contemplating the great sea views. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath, washing machine). Steep, shallow stairs (stairgates) up to three bedrooms - a double (TV) and a twin (linkable to 6' double), both with wonderful sea views, and another twin (linkable to 6' double). Shower-room (suite). A cosy, get-away-from-it-all farm cottage in an idyllic spot overlooking the Fal Estuary and out to sea.






Feock: sprawling village (church) almost hidden in trees, eyeing lazily an extensive estuary with creeks and open sea beyond. Boats/yachts on sheltered water, shingle beach for launching dinghies; sailing/windsurfing/canoeing lessons; beach café. Golf nearby. Trelissick Gardens (Nat. Trust) and the King Harry Ferry to the Roseland Peninsula. Creek-side walks. Truro (cathedral city), 5 miles. Falmouth, 7.
