Inside, the open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space to unwind.
Settle into the sofa, flick through the television channels, or choose a book from the selection provided.
A woodburning stove adds a touch of warmth and charm, perfect for curling up beside on cooler evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and a washing machine.
Prepare a delicious meal and enjoy it at the dining table, or step outside to dine on the decking while soaking in the stunning sea views.
The Studio has its own designated picnic bench on a private gravel area, guests are also welcome to use the picnic bench in the shared garden, where they may pick seasonal fruit.
After a day of exploring, retreat to the comfortable double bedroom for a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom includes a bath with a shower over, offering the choice of a relaxing soak or a refreshing rinse to start your day.
The beach is just a short stroll away, perfect for morning walks, sunbathing, or simply listening to the waves.
A shop and a pub are within easy driving distance for essentials or a meal out.

Absolutely loved The studio, with everything you could possibly need,we didn't want for anything.
The surroundings were very relaxing,with an amazing view of the local beach from the balcony on one side of the studio,on the front is your area to sit and relax with a glass of wine. We can honestly say this was our best holiday ever and we will definitely be back again next year! Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts Jane & Becks,two very special ladies.
This is a small cabin that has everything that you need for 2 people for a short stay.
Because the supplies are for 2 (e.g., plates, glasses, cutlery) it might be hard to have any guests. The listing is accurate and what you see in the photos is what you get in terms of rooms, view and location. It is very near a stoney beach with a protected swimming area, a range of water activities, and a cafe 5 days a week in season. There is a very pleasant walk from the Studio to Trelissick. The host was very quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. Thank you. Minor suggestions for the host but not for publication: as someone who uses the microwave rather than the cooker, it would be much easier to have the microwave above the fridge than in the cupboard and it would be really helpful to have a microwavable dish with a lid such as pyrex.
I’ve been going back for several years it’s that good.
The owners are the perfect hosts and couldn’t be more helpful. The location which is 100 yards from Loe beach has a brilliant cafe and the beach is perfect for swimming. It even has a sauna by the beach to warm yourself up after the swim. With Trelissick on its doorstep being just a mile from the cottage it’s excellent for walking or taking your dog on an adventure. I highly recommend booking as the cottage has everything you need for a cozy stay.
