The property

Situated on the edge of Fistral Beach, this apartment grants enviable views of glistening waters and golden sands.

The open plan living room includes a well-equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances that caters for all your cookery needs, as well as bright and airy dining area for you to gather at mealtimes.

The stylish sitting area has a well-appointed collection of furniture uplifted by light due to the picture window, as well as presenting uninterrupted views of Fistral Beach, the Newquay headland and even Watergate Bay on a clear day.

This accommodation hosts two bedrooms, sleeping four in total.

The main bedroom consists of a double bed and benefits from the same stunning views from the living room.

The second bedroom can be setup as either a super king size double or two single beds for added flexibility.

Outside there is a heated pool that allows for some quality family time together.

As well as this, the extensive and well maintained communal gardens are a safe area for the kids to play but is also fit for relaxation.

Due to its fantastic location, Fistral Surf will appeal to those who like to be within close walking distance from Newquay's facilities, including sandy beaches, coastal walks and other attractions.

With Fistral Beach on your doorstep, it’s an obvious choice, but if fancy a quieter scene, Crantock Beach is also close by and offers the same stunning conditions without the crowds.

The town center has lots to keep you busy, including a zoo, Sea Life Centre and a ranging variety of eateries from fish and chip shops to gourmet restaurants.

The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is under an hour's drive or a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
