    • “Wheelchair users will struggle with access”

    Dr Hayes, MANCHESTER, December 2018

    • “Excellent location, down a little path at the side of the house and you are in the town. The house is very clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels spotless. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere in the house. Well stocked with glasses, plates etc, the only negative comments I would make is that some of the kitchen utensils need replacing, some of the pans, knives were a little rusty so had to scrub them before they were used. The central heating system was a little tempramental but saying this we had a fabulous time and would definitely return.”

    Mrs Walker, Pontefract, November 2018

    • “We had the most wonderful holiday. The house is perfectly located, being able to nip down the path in a few minutes into the heart of town was perfect. A good size garden to allow our little boy to play whilst we enjoyed the evening sun. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We will certainly return.”

    Miss Gibbon, Loughton, September 2018

    • “Home was ideal for holiday with different generations of family circle. Location was ideal for quick access to Padstow. Beautifully comfortable home with different areas to sit in and good garden with view of Camel Estuary. Would definitely recommend.”

    Mrs Sherwood, BALERNO, July 2018

    • “Stunning cottage in a perfect location”

    Mrs Bone, UCKFIELD, July 2018

    • “An amazing house right in the heart of Padstow. The location couldn’t be better. It’s set back from the Main Street and has a beautiful garden overlooking the harbour. The house is really tastefully decorated and cosy. Really couldn’t fault the house.”

    Mrs Casey, London, May 2018

    • “Perfect location. Beautiful home for the week. Very well equipped. As we arrived quite late a Welcome pack would have been appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our week”

    Mrs Coe, BRAMPTON, May 2018

    • “We had a great stay in this lovely cottage, very cosy, well equipped, handy for the town centre and with beautiful views of the estuary from the conservatory. Only downside is the lack of parking, but we found on road parking about 5 minutes walk away.”

    Mrs Neale-brown, CHELTENHAM, March 2018

The Property

A handsome detached house with commanding views over Padstow to the Camel estuary. Wonderfully secluded with a big garden, it doesn’t seem possible it could be in the heart of this special and famous town. Thirty yards of passageway lead to the centre of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés; harbour, 150 yards. Lawned garden to the front (patio, little shaded raised deck, table/chairs). Patio doors from garden to lovely spacious open-plan sunlight-filled ground-floor, comprising conservatory/dining room/kitchen (slimline dishwasher, microwave, gas hob/electric oven) and living room with TV/DVD and ‘living flame’ gas fire, all looking south to the garden. Big utility room (washing machine, tumble drier, fridge-freezer, sink) with space for boots, bicycles and surfboards, and two external doors. Downstairs loo. Stairs up to three bedrooms, all with great views - a double leading through to a sunroom with comfy seating, table/chairs and views; a room with double bed plus single; and a room with 2'6" single plus child’s cabin bed (5'6" x 2'). Bathroom (suite with separate shower). Loading/unloading on quiet road via 40 yard sloping path. Free road parking possible, but not guaranteed; car park, 300 yards.
