    “The Old Signal House is a wonderful dog friendly property in a unique location.”

    It is very well equipped, warm and with amazing views - and came with a very generous welcome pack of provisions. It is just off the coastal path with lovely walks of about a mile through woods into Cawsand and Kingsand, or along the coast path to Rame Head and beyond. Visitors do need to be fit though to tackle about 80 steep steps from the access lane (and parking area) down to the door of the property (and back up again) - but it is well worth the effort.

Situated in a truly unique location on the Rame peninsula, this former Trinity House fog signal building is a true hidden gem.

The Old Signal House sits atop the cliffs in a private and secluded location.

This property, one of three in the building, has spectacular panoramic sea views.

Sited directly along the coast path, follow in the footsteps of smugglers and explore the historic Napoleonic fortifications protecting Plymouth sound.

In the evening why not meander along to the pretty fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand where you'll find plenty of pubs and restaurants in which to enjoy a hearty meal.

Accessed via 84 steps from the parking area, enter via hall to open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker) with Wifi, TV/Blu-ray and woodburning stove.

Twin doors lead to a width of house balcony from which are stunning panoramic sea views.

Three bedrooms - a kingsize double with en suite shower room (suite) and door to small garden area, a double and a neat twin.

Bathroom (suite, shower over bath).

Lower ground floor, utility area (washer-dryer) with shower and separate loo.
