The property

Little Fistral is an outstanding, second-floor apartment with overlooking views of the Fistral beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

This apartment is ideal for beach lovers and walker’s as the surrounding location provides miles of coastal paths to explore.

After leaving the lift at the second floor, step into the property, where you will be welcomed into a spacious open-plan living room, completed with a contemporary interior design and a SONOS sound system, filling the room with the sound of your favourite radio station.

In here, you will also find a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable dining seating, carefully placed to make the most of the views.

Alternatively, wonder into the centre of Newquay town, where you will find a vast array of shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all ages and tastes, in addition to attractions including the Great Western Beach, Carousel Amusements and Blue Reef Aquarium.

Holywell 6 miles; Perranporth 8.5 miles; Truro 14 miles; Padstow 14 miles.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
