    “The property was very clean and had everything we needed.”

    We stayed in one of the two storey properties. Both bedrooms were doubles with very similar layouts and their own en-suite bathrooms, which made it really easy for us. There was also an additional toilet downstairs. The beds were comfortable, and the house was a lovely, warm temperature for a February stay. The holiday park itself was very quiet, and waking up surrounded by nature and hearing birds singing was a real highlight. The hot tub was fantastic. It was already set up for us and kept on ...

The holiday park itself was very quiet, and waking up surrounded by nature and hearing birds singing was a real highlight. The hot tub was fantastic. It was already set up for us and kept on throughout our stay, so it stayed clean and at the right temperature. We loved being able to use it whenever we wanted without having to worry about filling, cleaning or adjusting anything. Perranporth was great for us even in winter. The ocean is beautiful! If you have a car, there’s plenty to see nearby. Big thanks to the team for a great stay, we really enjoyed it.

Treehouse Spa is a distinctive two-storey lodge nestled in the countryside on Leycroft Valley Holiday Park near Perranporth, Cornwall, offering a peaceful retreat for couples or small groups.

With designated parking for one car and space for two pets, this stand-alone accommodation features a traditional interior and wooden cladding throughout.

Inside, the open-plan living space includes a seating area, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, grill, microwave, integrated under-counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, and electric kettle.

The bedrooms consist of two doubles, each with an en-suite shower room including a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
