“Cottage was very comfortable and clean.”

Access was easy and parking excellent. Was nice to be met by the owners on arrival. Good property for those with a dog with come lovely walks nearby and a safe enclosed garden. Nice touch with the Prosecco for us and a ball for the dog. Enjoyed our stay.

“We have stayed at quite a few Sykes's excellent cottages over the years and would say that the Packing House has been the one that felt like "home'.”

Òn arrival we were greeted by a bottle of proseco,milk,tea,coffee and a lovely bunch of flowers.The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and we slept well each night.The new owners,Rob and Beck, greeted us on arrival and made us feel at home.Over the two weeks they were very helpful and welcoming and they dealt with some of our requiements in a very willing manner.It was evident that they had put in new bedding,towels and some kichen ware etc.We were able to cook meals in a very clean oven and there was a good supply of kitchen utensils etc The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and there was plenty of parking spaces near the cottage.A central point for visiting the local area. We would not hesitate in booking again at this fine centre.Thank you again,Rob and Beck. Jacqui and Barrie

“We have stayed at the Packing House previously, and this is our first visit with the new owners, Rob and Bek who continue to provide a pleasant friendly presence without being intrusive.”

We're pleased to say the changes that have been made have been tasteful and positive, such as the addition of a smart tv where you can access netflix, iPlayer etc. This is still clean, comfortable ,accessible accommodation in a lovely setting not far from Perranuthnoe , Praa Sands and Porthleven . We will be back, and are interested to see what further changes the new owners make :)

Located inland between Penzance and Praa Sands, Rosudgeon is a small, semirural village set close to the coast of this charming corner of Cornwall. Situated one mile from the popular South West Coast Path, Rosudgeon is an ideal base for surfers, families, walkers, beach lovers, and those wishing to uncover the wealth of Cornwall's historic and artistic heritage.
