    “Nice, quiet cottage in a lovely location with a pub 100yds away.”

    Everything is as described in the particulars and the photographs are an accurate representation of what you will find. The Pinot Noir, milk and teabags were a nice touch on arrival. Internally, all rooms are spacious and the lounge and kitchen/dining areas are a good size for 6 people. Clean and tidy with good facilities, mattresses and sofa's/armchairs, I believe, are fairly new and are a good size and very comfortable. The courtyard garden at the back is quite sheltered and dog ...

Parking is fine behind the big gates but may struggle to get 2 large cars in however on-street parking is available right outside and there is no passing traffic. It is an ideal location for touring around with many great places to visit within half an hours drive. The local pub is good, basic pub fayre but cooked very well and decent portions. Best to book a table as food service can be busy.

St Minver

The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village.
