In the heart of St Minver, 200 yards from the pub and church, a Grade II listed, detached, 18th cent., ‘upside down’, former groom’s cottage. St Minver The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country.
