“Fantastic stay at this property, it was the perfect to get away for a quiet weekend of celebration with family.”

The biggest selling point, for me, is the garden, which is a really good size. The patio/decking area is great, more than big enough for us (party of 8 plus a 3yo) to spend the afternoon/evening having a BBQ. The patio/decking area is great, more than big enough for us (party of 8 plus a 3yo) to spend the afternoon/evening having a BBQ. There is a fantastic bamboo area and it's the kind of garden you can have a stroll around and visit all the nooks and crannies. Interior is well furnished and the beds are comfortable, we all slept well. There is ample dining space and plenty of separate rooms, so that if you are a large group you can be doing different things and not always on top of each other. There is not a lot of surrounding infrastructure (that is to be expected, based on the type of property) but there is a newsagent and pub at the top of the hill which takes around 10-15 mins to stroll up or would take 1-3 minutes by car. There is plenty of parking both at the property and in the nearby village square. All in all, a fantastic place for a short break.
