What guests are saying
We have returned many times to this Cottage which feels like a home away from home.
Perfect location for walks on doorstep and a short drive onto the Moor. The wood burner is a big plus for us and the local pub is fabulous.
The cottage is in a great location, quiet village with very little traffic.
It is well place d to explore Dartmoor, theDevon coast and the many National Trust properties in the area. Lovely private rear garden surrounded by mature shrubs. Great to sit out during the evening. A couple of low beams in the cottage so tall people beware.
We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place to stay.
The cottage had everything you could possibly need and more. Little rucksack on the back of the door if you forgot one for your walk, pair of binoculars, flasks in the cupboard for hot drinks. A lot of thought has gone into providing people a great stay. Walk up the road to the church and the village green to find the cake stall and walk down the road to the local Inn. Go for a walk and enjoy the blissful peace and quiet. I would most certainly stay again.
