I would have rated this a 5 star plus, but for 3 small and possibly individual to us issues; 1 (this is a big one for me) master bedroom mattress was way too soft and very lumpy. 2 lighting in the dining/living room area too dull and not all lights work. 3 the toilet is far too close to the bath in the master ensuite for taller people! I am 6 foot and it is most uncomfortable.

Loads of hot water, both showers were great, easy access to the castle and theme park, staff were polite and accommodating.
I would definitely go again.
