Reubens Cottage

Lovely place to stay, quiet location and easy parking.

My only downside was that the sofas aren't that comfy but apart from that it's a great place to stay. Clean and plenty of kitchen utensils, would recommend.

Reubens cottage, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Faultless, 3 bedrooms each with there own bathroom. Modern kitchen with everything you would need & the living areas were very comfortable. A 10 minute walk into Fremington where there is a couple of good local pubs, a chip shop & also a Cantonese restaurant. A great base to visit the surrounding areas. Parking was also easy.

Probably us, but we didn’t have a comfortable seat to sit in during the evening.

All the furniture looked very nice and was in excellent condition. The patio and garden were lovely as was the whole house. Very good bus service at the end if the road. Parking was easy. Standard of cleanliness was excellent . Quiet area.

Beautiful property, well maintained and very clean.

Great space with 3 double bedrooms, 2 seating areas and well equipped kitchen. Little park on the estate and another round the corner. Lovely beach at Instow. Fab day at Arlington Court.

This property was in an ideal location close to Instow, Appledore and Westward Ho!

A Coop in the local village or not much further to drive to a large Sainsbury's for a bigger shop and much cheaper and more choice! Property ideal for the 5 of us, 2 double bedrooms both with ensuite and a further twin bedroom and a bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. This was an added bonus having 2 double bedrooms as the property is advertised as only sleeping 5 and the one bedroom only having a single bed in it when in fact a double bed all be it not as big. A lovely property and suited our party perfectly. The property is furnished to a high standard, the only issue we had is that the sofa and chairs could have been more comfortable the designs of them weren't made for relaxing in after a busy day exploring the area! That aside would definitely stay in this property again Fremington is a lovely village and Fremington Quay cafe and the visitor centre is a must visit so interesting and lovely cream teas!

A delightful house .

Bigger than expected and spotlessly clean. A radio in the kitchen would be a helpful addition .

A delightful terraced house, lovely and bright, beds were super comfortable, very clean.

Sweet outdoor garden, very well kept. Very well equipped house including 4 loos!! Only 2 at home! Bus stop at the end of the road with Barnstable in one direction and Westward Ho in the other. We had a lovely week here and would highly recommend.

Well equipped kitchen.

Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms.Good location for all North Devon beaches. Good local dining especially the Pelican restaurant ( great fish and chips). The cottage was ideal for a week. Highly recommended

Absolutely lovely place to stay.

Sooooo clean and well stocked with cutlery and crockery. The whole house is beautifully arranged with furnishings and fixings. The only thing I couldn’t find was an ironing board - but no worries I hate ironing!
