“A nice location, easy to walk from the house into the centre of Bideford, to the shops or to a bus stop.”

Plenty of space in the kitchen/lounge/dining areas and a nice large fridge/freezer. Comfortable beds, nice shower. Information about the recycling would be helpful. The steps between the bedrooms and bathroom were very steep, would be very challenging for the less mobile. There was little opportunity for finding parking in the road, but no problem dropping things off (recommend reversing into the road). Neighbouring roads were 8am-6pm 2 hour limit Mon-Sat and very difficult to find spaces ...

Neighbouring roads were 8am-6pm 2 hour limit Mon-Sat and very difficult to find spaces when we needed them. We managed to find unlimited parking spots around Royston road/Pynes lane/Metherell road with a 5-10 minute walk between the car and house.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay at the property. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient location and found the house spacious and comfortable — especially the kitchen, lounge, and sleeping areas. It’s great to know the beds and shower met your expectations. Thank you for pointing out the steep steps between the bedrooms and bathroom — we’ll ensure this is still clearly mentioned in the listing for guests who may have mobility concerns. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding recycling information and will make sure this is more visible going forward. Parking can be tricky in the area, so your tips about Royston Road, Pynes Lane, and Metherell Road will be helpful for future guests — thank you for sharing them. We hope to welcome you back again. Kind wishes Debbie & Marc Property Owner
