It was warm, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed.

Because there was a storm, rain water found its wasy into the shower extractor, it didn't stop us enjoying our holiday though

The accommodation was very nice very clean but sparsely furnished and a little minimalistic.

One tea bag and one coffee portion no hand soap, washing up liquid but no cleaners, whilst this is self catering I have never experienced this before. The milk and scones cream and jam were appreciated! Drawers to unpack for the week would have been useful instead of having to live out of bags in the bedroom. A rug to give some warmth in the sitting area would have been nice and a better single chair that had some comfort would also have been nice. Everything was available that you would need but Cutlery and crockery were minimal so whilst there was a dishwasher you couldn’t fill it due to the lack of items! Excellent shower and bathroom, however bath sheets would have been kinder than the small bath towels! Lovely village with a brilliant pub, great food and excellent staff and a very good butcher in the village! We found the garden centre The Merry Harrier, the food there was very good a lovely place to while away a few hours browsing. The nearest shop is at Woolsery, it is excellent and has amazing items everything you need! Would I return? Yes…..but be aware of things you need to take in addition to the usual items and it is a little of the beaten track! The roads are not for the faint hearted!

Well maintained modern apartment which has plenty of space.

It was clean and comfortable but the lanes that approach the property are a bit hazardous as they are narrow and dip with high hedges so you are unable to see any approaching traffic. This is in the countryside so understandable. We had a bit of a problem with flies (also as it's the countryside) which was a nuisance as they land on you constantly and we had to cover drinks and food that we were consuming all the time. Overall, a nice apartment with most things you would need on holiday. We did miss a washing machine as we are continuing our travels but I obviously hadn't noticed that when booking. There was a dishwasher which we didn't use though. Also note perhaps that when inside the apartment there are no views, this didn't particularly bother me but it really bothered my husband. Anyway we were out most of the day so wasn't a huge problem., A beautiful apartment to say the least!
