We really enjoyed our time at “The Nook “ Everything was as it said in the information we received.

It was lovely cozy cottage. We don’t want to complain but to point out that the fridge could do with defrosting the ice box. We did not do it as we didn’t want to break anything but it was dripping and wetting things underneath the ice box. We ate out for our meals so did not use the oven but noticed it could do with a clean. Hope we’re not speaking out of turn but these need pointing out so you know. Thanks for our stay in your lovely Cottage. Kind regards Keith & Sue Southern

Overall a lovely place.

Well quipped with some very thoughtful touches. An easy and quick walk into the town. There was quite a smell of damp, which is quite noticeable when first entering the property. Judging by the number of condensation traps, air freshers, and previous visitors comments, the owners are aware, and are trying their best to resolve.

On entering the Nook, my 9yr old grandson announced "Nanny I could live in a cottage like this".

....we loved the open space downstairs..the kitchen is fabulous and very well equipped. The sofas were so comfortable. The lighting was so well thought about throughout the cottage and love the rope details and the open stone. The wetroom was blissful especially after a day by he sea! The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable as was the choice of linen. I could quite happily have moved in......the walk to the harbour was easy and didn't take too long. The shop round the corner was so useful when we ran out of milk! As was David's Fish n chips after a long day out. The parking space was just perfect even for a Land Rover! A cottage to be proud of and we felt very lucky that we were able to stay there for the few precious days we had there. The welcome that we felt on arrival really set the holiday off and my Grandson who normally has a nebula nightlight felt he didn't need one! Which says that the cottage had great vibes as well as looking the business..congratulations to the owners and a huge thank you as well from us to the owners and to Sykes..back to reality and my tiny tiny kitchen! I was so envious of the kitchen..
