“The worst of the Sykes listed properties I’ve ever stayed in.”

Cigarette buts around the entrance, dirty carpets, duvet that was dirty and stunk of damp dog. Poorly maintained, all doors sticking, and poorly equipped.

It is a shame that guests stayed 5 nights out of 7 at the premises before we were informed of the complaints on the 27th of August and the denature date was on the 29th August at 10 am. This did not allow for any time to respond to any of the said complaints and respond to them with the relevant people that look after the cleanliness of the premises and the surrounding area. We would encourage the guest to advise of such serious complaints on arrival so that these complaints can be addresses subjectively and we may then had the opportunity to provide a more pleasurable stay. We will of course look at the long term comments about the doors and address them accordingly. However , the glowing reports below paint a different picture and therefore it is difficult for us to address the complaints and prove the same to the people that look after the cleanliness of the premises in view of the timing of the complaint Property Owner
