The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable, exceptionally well located, and provided the perfect base to explore Chagford, Dartmoor, and the surrounding area. The cottage was clean, welcoming, and very well equipped. We immediately felt at home and appreciated the comfort and attention to detail throughout the property. The location is truly a highlight, with the charm of Chagford right on your doorstep and the beautiful Dartmoor landscape close by. As visitors from outside the UK, we initially found the waste-sorting system a little difficult to understand. Fortunately, the neighbour was incredibly kind and helpful, explaining everything to us in a very friendly way without being intrusive. We really appreciated this warm welcome. We have no real negative comments to make. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-located place to stay. We would happily return in the future.
