    “Accommodation was great for us, however, guests need to be aware that there are steep hills to climb on the way back to the cottage if you walk into town or seafront.”

It opens up to an open-plan living room with a fully-equipped entertainment system, including a TV, DVD player, a selection of books and games, ideal for a cosy family night in.

There is a dining area for up to four people and a fitted kitchen.

The contemporary kitchen has sleek, black worktops with contrasting white cabinets, housing all equipment you could possibly need during your stay.

Upstairs offers a selection of sleeping arrangements, including a double and twin bedroom, ideal for friends and families.

There is a separate family shower room and WC.

The famous seaside town of Torquay is an excellent location to visit, with a number of tourist destinations.

Babbacombe is a district within Torquay and has several beaches, theaters and cliffs available to use.

For a day trip as a family, why not venture towards Living Coasts, a coastal zoo owned by South West Environmental Parks.

Let's not forget about Torre Abbey, a historic building and art gallery.

It was founded in 1196 as a monastery for Premonstratensian canons, and is now the best-preserved medieval monastery in Devon and Cornwall.

Also nearby is Kents Cavern, a cave system which is most notable for its archaeological and geological features.

It has been open to the public and was named a geological Site of Special Scientific Interest since 1952.
