This remote, rural cottage has lovely views of wooded hills beyond and easy access to beautiful woodland and river walks in an unspoiled corner of Devon, far away from tourist hotspots.
It best suits people who would like a taste of quiet rural life, with peaceful days and dark nights.
From the narrow driveway (confident driving skills required!) gate to enclosed garden, cobbled terrace and steps up to well stocked, secluded garden with pond (covered), decked area, patio, Garden Retreat Room (ideal office space with WiFi, not heated) and sloping lawns.

There is lovely walking/cycling on the Tarka Trail (most accessible section from Puffing Billy near Torrington) and decent fishing locally.

The nearest beach at Northam Burrows on the north coast is a 20 mile (45 minute) drive away.
