“Peaceful location but previous reviews about broken drawers in wardrobes and cobwebs on windows/doors not been addressed.”

Hot tub was not very warm and no way to turn the temperature up. We only stayed 2 nights but had no hot water on our last evening. Contacted owner at 8pm and was put through to an AI person to report fault. Owner Whatsapp'd at 8am on the morning of departure requesting photos of any fault codes on boiler and suggesting turning off/on to reboot. Responded back but Whatsapp shows he has still not read my message. Very unprofessional customer care. Would not stay again
