This characterful accommodation is perfect for families seeking a base to call home as they explore this picturesque part of Somerset.

Inside, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen/diner, boasting all the essentials for a self-catering experience, including a washing machine.

From here, you will find a traditional sitting room, where the woodburning stove fills the room with warmth and a sense of character as you tune into the TV.

Completing the ground floor is the twin bedroom and the shower room, whilst upstairs there is a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room.

Together the cottages sleep up to eight people, offering a great self-catering experience for a variety of groups, ranging from couples, friends, families and keen walkers. Each cottage boasts oil central heating and characterful woodburning stoves, providing plenty of warmth for those visiting during the winter months, as well as one king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with separate shower room. The Old Bakery is a 17th century property, which enjoys a sense of tradition and character throughout, whilst Flora’s Barn boasts a more contemporary feel, and has breath-taking views to enjoy from the open-plan living room. A stunning village and civil parish set in the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Crowcombe covers the hamlets of Crowcombe Heathfield, Flaxpool, Halsway, Lawford and Triscombe. This is a great place for an outdoor holiday with the Quantocks on your doorstep, as well as the Exmoor National Park within driving distance. Crowcombe itself is a place of great beauty, it has many stunning and historical buildings from the 14th century, Church of the Holy Ghost to the ancient Church House and village cross which are Grade II* listed. In terms of facilities, the village has an traditional food pub in the Carew Arms, a lovely village shop and the Crowcombe Village Hall which offers lots of things including the screening of a film twice a month in case you get stuck in on a rainy day.
