Lovely house.

Comfortable and fairly well equipped for a weekend, may need a few more utensils if staying longer. Great view from the balcony. Parking was a bit of an issue, once parked didn't use car all weekend.

Lovely location, lovely interior.

Decking area outside could do with a clean. And as other reviews have mentioned, kitchen is missing a few basics in the cupboards/drawers. But overall a great place & would definitely re book & recommend

Beautiful compact cottage on a very steep hill.

Perfect location for the centre of Dartmouth. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils, pots and pans but that's me being picky! Will definitely return in the future.

This cottage is in a great location close to town and the river, (as long as you are up for a bit of a climb back from town).

It is worth it though for the amazing view from the balcony, and we several meals enjoying the view. Great pubs, restaurants, market and walks all on the doorstep.

It was a lovely cottage with great views . It was comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were well laid out .

We had a great stay, the property was really lovely, really comfy bed, nice big bath and wonderful views.

The hill was hard work but so worth it for those views. It could have done with a few more amenities, such as a clothes horse or something similar to dry clothes, more kitchen utensils and coat hangers and a hair dryer would have been a lovely extra. The fact that the TV is a smart TV should be advertised as that is a good selling point especially on those rainy evenings. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay and what a great view out the back.

We didn't eat in at all, and the steep hill adds to the quirkiness of the whole area. Helps to work off some calories consumed in the wonderful places to eat just a short walk away. We had no problems parking, there was always a space either right opposite or just a little further up Jawbone hill, never more than 50yds away and this was in peak school holiday time. The stove needs a bit of TLC and outdoor area at the rear is a little overgrown, but I think a lot of that is adjacent properties shrubs. All in all we had a wonderfull week here and would recommend.

Everything we needed (except a hairdryer) definitely needed for the girls however we just bought one so sorted. Lovely views in great location to town just perfect for us. Thank you .

The cottage was beautifully presented and we really enjoyed our break.

However a couple of points; the light in the living room hangs very low, we hit our heads on it a number of times. Although there is mention of parking in the future, parking can be tricky. We were very lucky to find a space further down the road.

Beautiful cottage in Dartmouth, within walking distance to amenities.

Cottage itself was perfect for our family of 4. The outside space is ideal for summer evenings, listening to the sounds of the harbour with stunning views. We spent 6 nights here and could definitely have stayed for longer. The cottage could benefit from a parking space as we did struggle to park the car while we were there but I do believe this is something in progress and will be happening very soon. The cottage is on a steep hill down to the harbour but it’s worth the walk back up to this stunning, little gem of a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend others.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in.

The cottage is a gem! It may be a bit tough to get to or find parking around but I’d highly recommend it to all and I’d definitely plan another visit there!
