Extremely comfortable and clean The owners are very welcoming and helpful Kitchen is well equipped Living area is very comfortable with a nice modern tv comfortable chairs and sofas and a huge window with a view over Dawlish Double bedroom is comfortable with plenty of space for clothing Ensuit shower and toilet in the double is modern and easy to use Twin room is practical and all you need. Has its own shower and toilet Few minutes walk to the station or bus stops Short stay car park is literally across the road for unloading and loading etc. The long stay is just a few minutes walk away The balcony is perfect for a drink and relax in the evening Tips: buy a weekly pass for the long stay carpark, on arrival take main luggage through the external bedroom door as it’s easier than going through the living area
