Upon entering the property, you enter a bright comfortable ,cosy space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities for a week-long stay.
The living room is a relaxing space with seating and a dining area.
Sleeping accommodation comprises a comfortable double and a large single bed.
At the front of the property there is a patio with table, seating and parasol.
The property has easy access to the centre of Dawlish where you will find a vast array of amenities and attractions to suit all.
To keep you busy whilst staying here, why not pack a picnic and soak up the sun at the sandy beach, perfect for swimming, exploring the rock pools, and building sand castles with the younger guests.
For walking lovers, you can follow the South West Coast Path to discover breath-taking coastline scenery before reaching the seaside resort of Dawlish Warren, which houses a wonderful nature reserve to enjoy.
Further afield attractions include visiting the larger towns of Torquay, Paignton, Exmouth and exploring the picturesque Dartmoor National Park.
Visitors can also take the opportunity to visit the local nature reserves which are prime spots for bird watching.

Hi Welcoming bright accomodation at Malting Cottage in Dawlish, Loved the location , minutes from town and owner had thought of everything.
Looking forward to going back.
Malting cottage was ok had to go and buy toilet rolls as they only left one parking was a tight squeeze over weekend and the shower curtain was a nightmare, apart from those hiccups we had a good holiday
Great Cottage, Great Location, Settee's uncomfortable but had no affect on our stay and the shower curtain was like something from a horror movie.
but still ad a great stay.
