The property also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, with dust, cobwebs, dog hair, damp-smelling towels, and an unclean BBQ. The hot tub also appeared dirty and foamed when the jets were turned on.
We were not informed that gardeners would be attending during our stay. After messaging the property manager on the second day, we were told they would not be returning, however they were there for three days in total. This made it difficult to properly relax in the garden or let our dog roam freely.
Overall, the property has a lot of potential but needs much better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and communication.
