Really well presented house and very convenient (we wanted to be in the Bideford/Westward Ho area). The use of the garage was great (our classic mini was very secure when not in use). My wife also loved the carpets upstairs!
Couple of suggestions. While we appreciate that some may prefer a dishwasher, we would have found a washing machine far more useful, especially with a three year old in tow! Most families with kids would say the same, I think.
And please consider getting a dual fuel towel ...

And please consider getting a dual fuel towel rail for the bathroom - we found it really hard to dry the towels (heating not on for obvious reasons and too much rain outside to use the line).
Last one - the cutlery draw is NOT obvious - took a while to find it!
Overall its a great place to stay and we would stay again!
